Remember Me is a very simple floral scent that smells mainly of lily of the valley and lilac accompanied by a lemony scent. It looks a lot like Lily Dior but with that extra citrus note.

It's very green and very innocent ; it evokes spring, flowers. Perhaps it would appeal to lovers of pure floral perfumes but - for me who is an oriental perfumes lover - I find that it lacks of something to make it unforgettable.

It nevertheless remains a pleasant fragrance even if quite simple.

Frangipanilove

This is the perfect spring time scent. Truly where the sum is more than its parts. Its light green and light blue, just like its presentation - ethereal without being faint, its kind of like the snow drops of first spring if they had a scent. I love this. Fresh white floral with waters of a spring, the first flowers of spring coming through, reaching out for the sun, life returning, so much promise. Looking at the notes listed above does not really give a good description of the scent - its hard to describe it, there are no specific flowers that could be easy to identify - its more like a harmonious dew, nectar at the base of a young flower that has not quite opened up yet, is still green, still just waiting to burst open. Over the next hours it develops a creamier side, reminiscent of Dior’s Sweet Sun (only the creamy bit, not the entire fragrance), sadly loosing some of the initial dewyness in the process. Nevertheless its just delightful and I love the idea. Is there a version that keeps the initial impression somewhere?

A wonderful, fresh white floral with hints of green and fruit notes.
So very lovely, and such a shame that it was discontinued.
How I wish Dior would re-release this lovely fresh floral dream in their Les Creations de Monsieur Dior line!
I can picture the bottle in a lovely pale blue with its beautiful name..
They did it with Forever and Ever already so why not this one?
Oh well, one can always dream right?

I have been hoping Dior would bring back this fragrance. It is beautiful, clean and just lovely. I even contacted Dior a few years ago asking if they would bring it back. The closest to this for me so far is Angeli di Firenze from Santa Maria Novella. The dry down is reminiscent of it even though I don’t think there’s any lily of the valley in Angeli.

It seems that the time of romance and sensitivity in designer perfumery is long gone...Now you either have to settle for the sugary mainstream perfumes in that price range or overpay for niche and exclusive lines, which for me, simply takes away from the innocence of experiencing a scent. If anyone knows a perfume close to this, please please please let me know...

Sarcastica

This has to be one of the loveliest perfumes I've had the good fortune to own. Quite simply it is the essence of youthful femininity, demure and sweet, but a little flirtatious. Probably best suited to spring, although I find it also wears nicely in summer without either fading out or intensifying with heat. This would make a wonderful bridal fragrance. Pity that it has been discontinued for a number of years, and prices on ebay are unreasonably high. Should Dior ever decide to bring this back, even as a limited edition again, I'd be sure to stock up.

Bouquet Bleu

Sheer beautiful spring floral. I can smell all the notes together in a delicate bouquet and separately, too. Freshness without sharpness with a barely there sweetness. It is a crime against humanity discontinuing this beauty. Now I must prepare my budget to get this jewel somewhere or wait a decade or to two for Dior to hopefully relaunch this.

Atwoodelm

I recently found a 1.7 oz bottle of this for 3.99.
Upon first spray i knew it was still good, classic Dior- this one faint and fleeting in comparison to finer vintages, but there it is, still. Light. Hovering...forever holding those lily of the valley notes, but this in a cool crisp floral with a musky down diorissimo shouldn't know.
I have no history on my bottle, but I find it a light and beautiful floral scent, reminiscent of all that made Dior perfumes beautiful.
The name, " Remember me" is quite suiting. The fragrance gently fades as soon as its limited addition did, leaving all those who knew its beauty to " Remember.....me"
Lovely

what is this I don't even

Stunningly beautiful springtime in a bottle, with the lilac note playing a prominent role to warm the cooler lily of the valley and hyacinth. All are supported by a soft sweet baby powder base. Gorgeous.

One of my favorite eau de toilettes. I fell in love love at first sniff and bought 4 bottles(!), since by 2000 I knew it might not be around long. Shame, Dior. I stll have two in the freezer (they've preserved perfectly). Clean, floral, pure, bright, lovely and balaced. Recently saw one for $235 on e-bay.

This seems like a simple, soft, ephemeral floral. One of the prettiest and quietest perfumes that I have, unfortunately irreplaceable I think seeing prices for it now. Maybe I like the name and bottle even more than the perfume, but either way the perfume has a lovely floral combination of hyacinth, violet, iris and others; it never bothers or annoys me when I wear it, it's easygoing and soft enough that I can't imagine it offending anyone. Reminds me of the perfume Cinderella would wear to the ball. I will remember it because it's unforgettable.

Mona Lygre

I got a bottle of this lovely perfume from a friend, and I loved it so very much! I will of cause buy a bottle if it comes around in my country =))

LiliaBetty

This is a nice safe perfume that I always had in my handbag during that year 2000. I remember buying it many times as it doesn’t cost a bomb and it smells great. It was floral somewhat citrusy but very beautiful.

Red Rose

To the lady who stated this smells like a deodorant, I'm afraid it's not any close to any deodorant & I tested way too many deodorants in my life. This fragrance is the only good memory left of high school. I've never smelled a fragrance this innocent in my whole life like this one, Guerlain champs-elysse doesn't even come close. I know, you may wonder why I haven't wrote any review as I had this scent in ( I had it ) section as my profile stated, it's because of the bad memories of high school & this remember me was like a soft clean innocent breath of an angel that carries me away after a bad long day at school. I'm not that young anymore, I'm in my thirties & not in my eighteenths anylonger. I talked to dior long time ago about returning back this perfume to the market & they refused. Maybe these kind of scents are no longer popular among this generation. If dior ever decided it's time to return this back as one shot, it would be like retuning my youth again with a good memories this time as a mature woman. I may keep it as a bedtime scent though.

megkaybeee

My aunt passed this to me over years ago, hasn't finished yet. I think the scent is quite powdery, smells nice, light and clean though, but I'm just a fond fan of floral, and fruity kind of perfume so this isn't one of my favorites yet. My ex smelled it and even thought it was just a deodorant.

kylexora

This perfume is still available in my country. PM me if you would like to have it. I will quote the price for you.

guillermostf

you deffinitely will remember it. Very nice fragrance. for day and night, flowers always fit good in any time. 3 & 1/2 stars. Long lasting too. The problem is you can't find it in stores anymore. Why Dior stop making the best parfums ever like it, dune, higher, tendre poison...?

PricklyAndHot

Delicate mostly floral fragrance with the leading hyacinth and lilac notes. This fragrance is not sweet and smells natural enough. I like it, but it seems to me a little bit simple.

nevine

yes you just need to tell it remember me for ever...its a master piece.

Redpula

Wow I love the scent of this in a woman. I saw a 5ml vial a while ago, only piece but I didn't buy because I dont have any idea until now, that like Dior I love Dior, it is a limited edition. I regret that I opted to buy Aqua Di Gio than this one. I will hop back to that store later and see if it is still there and will plan to gift it to my sister.

Sarah Bas Eleazar

If you like 'Eau de Eden-Cacharel", you will like 'Remember me"

ioneb72

I have no words to describe this superb fragrance. I met my husband with this fragrance! Dior forever! This is was one of his best!

orchidlover

This scent is a full of lily-of-the-valley aroma with a hint of soapy smell.
It is interesting that the drydown is completely similar to Lacroix Tumulte: I smell the same creamy way and because of this it seems I used Tumulte.
I can't stand the pure lily-of-the-valley scents, so it is not exciting for me at all.

harlequin1572

I am a DIE-HARD Dior fan, it's my #1 house, AND I absolutely love lilac and lilly-of-the-valley, so it goes against every fiber of my being to say this, but this turned out so unimaginative and borderline synthetic on me. Ydee's review (the first one) is more-or-less how it turned out - green, flowery, and basically unnoticeable - but with a stronger "meh" overtone. This does not exude fresh or *living* flowers, nor is it invigorating, or in any sense novel... not even a spin on a familiar concept. It's just a green & sharp (galbanum-sharp!.. I think it's the syntheticy mimose & violet) flower-reminiscent soapy scent. Completely replaceable to those who don't have a specific & pleasant association with it in their memory. I'm honestly disappointed that such a sweet name got so grossly misused.

(This is probably harsher than it needs to be, and certainly the harshest thing I've said about a perfume so far, but a powerhouse like Dior really should have known better!)

myrrhmaid

To my untrained nose this is like a weaker version of Girard's Lysval . I love them both.

AveParfum

Yes, it's too bad it was limited because it was really brilliant. It's a soft and delicate floral. The right woman for this perfume would be a thoughtful and quiet woman, but one whom everyone listens to and would not interrupt when she does choose to speak. The kind of woman who dresses respectably and never flirts...but her boyfriend certainly knows how sexy she is in the privacy of their apartment!

Sarah Bas Eleazar

This perfume is delicious, it is as "Chloe Innocence".
Dior...dior... the scent is very strong!
I love it :)

smellysmellycat

Oh that was such a lovely and romantic fragrance with it's beautiful start with hiacynth.
I received this fragrance as a present from my mom. Awakes the nice memories.
A fragrance to remember.

aneliyas

I love this fragrance so much, unfortunattly it was limted edition and only that I can is " remeber this perfume"

Surreal

Why o why o why was this a limited edition. This is the most amazing perfume I ever had.

ydee

This is very soft green at start, lovely, than it changes to bit sweeter soft flower mix, still soft green and fresh.
Very feminine, not strong, wearing it a delightful mix reaches my nose from time to time.
Can wear it everywhere where you do not want to attrack too much attention.
