Smellwonderful

The EDT top note is like a strong mix of Emergen-C and SunnyD, and when it dries down has a small hint of the top note but smoky. The EDP is better, but it's strong.

Perrito__

Honest review of Armaf Club de Nuit Intense Man.
The opening of perfume is very bad, harsh and synthetic lemony. Good thing is it lasts for about 15min. This is the only bad thing about this fragrance.
After 15minutes the fragrance becomes a beast in every aspect. Smells exellent, monster for compliments, longevity and projection is incredible considering this as a summer fragrance and clone to Aventus.
Comparing CDNIM and Aventus, Aventus doesn't have harsh opening and that's about it. Aventus projects less, longevity is not great and Aventus don't bring me as much compliments as CDNIM did. There was time that Aventus actually don't bring me any compliment, while CDNIM was complimented everytime i wear it. Not to say that Aventus costs 6times more just to bring you less. CDNIM will bring you compliments and people will be able to smell it even after 10+ hours.
-CDNIM versatility: Can be worn every season, day or night, can be worn even in winter but far from great. Exellent for spring/summer days and ideal for nights. As the name says CLUB de NUIT, it's night club fragrance, where people will notice you with this outstanding smell and projection.
-Price: It's best buy fragrance. Excellent ratio of price and what you get. Getting 200ml EDP version is maybe even better option because there's no harsh opening as EDT.
-Performance: As you read above it's outstanding fragrance in every aspect.
This is my experience with CDNIM.

After owning this for a year that opening note has dulled a bit, but then honestly after it dries down I find myself thinking why TF would I want to smell like burning birch twigs anyway? so I only wear this to go for a morning walk pre shower for laffs.

In the summer I especially can't do the lemoniness, in the winter I kind of like the pineappliness, never like the bonfireness.
But:- In the summer If you blast one hit of CKone or 4711 after you spay this, it will hide the objectively awful lemon screech.
In the winter if you use some of the (pretty sweet) Italiano Nero as an overspray then you will get a warm pineapple vibe that is kind of enjoyable and makes the burnt twig smell sort of metamorph into a charred pineapple thing.

It is a synthetic mess, I can't kid myself it's not. Montblanc Explorer does this better and smells less insane, just calmer, I recommend that as a better option.

SpiderSlatt

So you saw this on TikTok but you decided to read reviews first... Smart man... I'm glad you did, and you will be too after you read this:

Not sure if it's because of newer EDT batches but I could literally spray my shirt 10 times and the scent will go away within the hour.

Now, about the scent; I might be a freak but I actually don't hate the "harsh lemon cleaner opening" as much as I do the drydown. If you scroll up to the Pros and Cons lists, one of the cons states that the "Initial lemon and perfumy musk fades into a smoky birch smell," and that's exactly correct. And btw, that "smoky birch smell" literally smells similar to that of a 10 year old leather couch. It is TERRIBLE, I can't believe this shit went viral on TikTok. Even though I kinda don't hate the inital lemon scent, I still wouldn't want to walk around smelling like that because I just have so many other better Arabic colognes compared to this.

Another complaint that I have is that damn atomizer. I don't have high standards for atomizers but goodness me this one is TRASH. And does anyone else's make a weird noise when they spray it, almost like a squealing sound?

TL:DR - I hate it. I just hate it. So many better options out there. Look into literally any Lattafa or Afnan cologne and you'll be so happy you did.

_Aryan_

The newer EDT is not as good as the older bottles. It smells weaker and lasts a lot shorter too. There are also YouTube videos of people comparing the newer and older bottles if you want to see yourself

Milano.jpeg

On the opening smells so harsh, strong and artifictial. But on the base notes and dry down smells so sexy, sweet, fruity and woody. Overall 7/10 and very identical to creed aventus in the air.

Stelcon

Terrible chemicals. Even for its cost it smells cheap. If you are a serious fragrance lover you know. Room spray at best.

coal17

This is nasty. I don't like the idea behind it, it's kind of dumb and in your face and without any complexity to make it interesting, and I don't like the implementation because it's explicitly synthetic. It doesn't make me gag or anything, I've smelled worse, but it seems very overrated here.

Nawaz Shah

beautiful summer fragrance with nice projection and silliag. dry down is more amazing of this fragrance.A cologne of creed aventus.

FreshAndClean21

Too much lemon for me.
I have a full bottle if anyone wanna trade

Bader7II

the thing that i realized about this fragrance are three, and first one is: the only people that actually hate this fragrance are its owners, but people around you like it. (People who don’t know you like the ones that you live with do)
2nd one is: this fragrance smell so good in the air, but when you smell it up close is basically an annoying lemon. (When people get to know you they realize you’re not so cool anymore but in fact you were just another annoying guy)
3rd one is: this fragrance opening is awful but you need to give it time for it to smell good. (You’re not who you were when you were young. in other words: people change)

I’m just yapping idk, cool concept tho

Veskia

Does a nice job of replicating the dry down phase of Aventus, but the differences are definitely still detectable up close. Armaf carries more of a candied lemon note than Aventus, which has a regular lemon note to me. Aventus also has a better opening, where this smells very rough and alcohol-y for a little bit. Personally, I like a little more rind in my punchy citrus colognes, so I'll still be grabbing Eau Givree before either. If you like Aventus and are okay with a little more sweetness up close, I'd recommend grabbing or trying this one to see if you can save yourself some money.

5erb

Overall nice fragrance.

In the beginning it just smells like CIF Lemon Cleaner, but after a while (maybe 45-1h) it starts to smell nicer.
The projection is alr, but nothing special, at least in my batch and it lasts about 7-8h.
The middle & end notes smell really nice, but nothing like creed aventus imo.
Rating overall: 7.8/10

dangell

Compared to other Aventus clones it really isn't very good, the opening is very harsh and does not smell good at all and this can last for up to an hour, even after it dries down although the scent bubble smells okay on skin it still isn't very impressive and is quite poorly blended. However this could be due to batch issues as a lot of the newer batches are slightly dodgy in scent and performance.
However i will say it projects like a beast and does last a pretty long time, also it is very noticeable when wearing so is likely to get you compliments, however in my opinion the scent is rather disgusting.

Ishan_Bansal

Pungent opening scent, birchy woody opening with an enjoyable scent after settling.

Mohammadhashim81979

I wore it many and many times , honestly I like CDIM so much , in particular the EDT version , as I have EDT and Parfum , but always got a lot of compliments when I wore the EDT … its performance is good and project is very good first couple of hours.

My love to this one increased after I tried the Creed one in credible retail shop and can’t recognize the difference , despite Creed performance on my clothes wasn’t poor at all .

I am a super fan for this one (Club De Nuit Intense Man EDT ) , really solid one and compliments getter.

Finally regarding the synthetic part , all fragrance are synthetic , nothing is a natural juice , but the one that worth its salt , which not irritated for you and for people around you , and CDNM is definitely this one.

lduffy1

super synthetic and harsh opening, pretty good projection but smells bad

Von_Diesel

Beast mode fragrance right here. Huge projection and sillage, a high concentration perfume. One of my most complimented by far and i have 100+ fragrances, designer, niche, clones etc. I work in a realy big company and women love it.
A big plus is that even if you overspray it it wont offend anyone as people really dig it, not only coworkers but random people as well. I get " you smell so good" all the time by random women. You get used to the opening, i love it now, so fresh. A steal at this price.10/10.

Poor Dear Richard

I like this, I really do, I really want to like it, I really do. This is suppose to be one of the best Creed Aventus scents on the market. I don't know about that because I be too poor to afford Creed. Heres the dilly... It smells good it really does. When you first put it on it smells like Aramis to me. Like a fine gentleman. It takes about an hour to dry down and then it smells like creed. You just have to get past the opener. It's like watching a boring movie and you are about to shut it off and then the twist starts happening and end unexpectedly. The sillage is great and the longevity is all day. Best part is that it is a great value as compared to Creed. I call it poor man's Creed.

Toro187

Love it great for the price. I am daily wearing this. My signature scent. Most people don't wear fragrances around here anyways. I had a decant of recent aventus and this stuff is close. Yes I do prefer aventus because opening is great and has a tad bit something that this doesn't but I like to get a good value so this stuff works great. Gotta give it like half an hour before it dries down and smells great. I just bought a bottle on amazon about a week ago and this stuff still lasts long.
Get it if you are on a budget and don't wear frags often and want an all in one.

andresantos

For the price, worth every penny. Now, I own aventus and this is close on the dry down, very close, but I think it's closer to hacivat on the opening.
Aventus has less of a citrusy vibe on the opening and in my opinion, the sophisticated feel matches the price.

Nonetheless, CDNI is an absolute steal for the price. Extremely elegant addictive.

Amazing blind buy!

ermallion

This is for people who want to say: "HEEYYYYYY!!!11 I PUT ON PERFUME!" I swear you could smell it underwater.

Aside from that, it's okay for half an hour, five meters away. Its fairly pleasant citrusy and a bit peppery opening dries down to a fruity fresh nondescript scent with some smokiness, musk and amber. I can smell some Cool Water DNA in it, but it's a far cry from Davidoff's masterpiece. Not much movement or complexity throughout its monstrous longevity. No subtlety in this fragrance, too. Sillage is enormous and it doesn't cause nose blindness so it really starts to get on my nerves after a few hours. Don't wear it if you plan on eating for the next 12 hours because it will almost make your food taste like Club de Nuit.

This is okay for 20-something boys that want to advertise that they care enough about their looks that they bought a fragrance. But that's about it.

muazz

great value

AggelosDimakotopoulos

When you smell it closely it's not that good, but in the air it smells amazing. Great longevity and projection even it's 11/2023 batch. I can't compare it to Aventus (haven't smelt it before) but compared to mont blanc Explorer, it's quite more harsh, heavier and more smoky. After 3 4 hours they're pretty close but still explorer is fresher/lighter

Arslan313

This fragrance is a compliment magnet, with its strong and captivating projection drawing admiration wherever you go.

JPGLover8

Club de Nuit is a great fragrance for people who like citrus bombs, but the scent's opening is way too overpowering with lemon. But the dry-down is incredible.

Patrick0226Martin

Its very strong so make sure that you give it 20 a minute dry down before expecting for it to have a pleasant smell (if you dont people will say its to strong even with just 1 spray on). It s a great compliment getter if you dont over apply, I would recommend only one spray on your neck. In my opinion, for most its a love or hate kind of thing some people will say that it smells like bathroom cleaner and others will say you smell great and ask what your wearing. I would say its more of a all scent but is suitable for any season (in the summer when you sweat it makes it lose its longevity and projection and will smell like it does pre-drydown). I would say its not blind-buy suitable but would for sure recommend trying out.

Baron von Shift

Ehhhhm for the price you get what you paid for.
Nothing special, nothing extreme, nothing "wow".

Too synthetic opening. Hard, harsh and punchy.

Drydown is kinda ok. Still waiting for warmer days to test it better, but definitely not on my skin.
The scent was gone within 30-40 minutes when on skin. Even I could not smell it.
On my shirt is still to be caught and can smell it (+- 6 hours from spraying), so longevity is not bad, when not directly on skin.
I have had the orignal Aventus (maybe second or third batch, back in 2013) and can immediatelly tell the difference.
Yes, I do feel that it is overhyped, like a lot. Mainly presented by a bunch of YouTube influencers that describe it like a godlike scent.

Well, guess what - it is not!

Yes, for the price you pay, you do receive a good product. It does not smell cheap, just do not have extremely high expectations.

As in other of my reviews - will say it again - do not blind buy it and do not trust the YouTubers.
Test it and see if it fits your personality.

Verdict - 6/10 (mainly due to the price tag)

SXPRA.FG

VERY synthetic in the opening, didn't bother testing performance on skin because it's absolutely disgusting, Joop Homme opens better.

soap_

if all you care about is getting compliments then buy this and nothing else. it will make your entire toiletry cabinet redundant. you will get complimented over this fragrance so much that it'll get boring. see if i'm joking

1mikii

very proud blind buyer of cdnim, a very good clone of creed aventus- to the regular nose, you can't smell the difference

Slickkaa

I wore this for the first time this year because it recently got hot where i live. Im in the talking stage or a little bit past with this girl. Monday i picker her up in the morning about a 20-25 min drive. She said that i smelled really good. Yes the first 15 minutes is not the best but then ohh god its good

Joe baker

the synthetic start is super easy to get over and if you dont like it just spray it 15 minutes before you have to go out so by the time youre out the harshness has already dried down its performance is amazing love the citrus woody smell great all year round fragrance its cheap buy it

Potatwo

The opening is kinda synthetic and harsh and lasts around 30 minutes. Though this is not a problem since you'll definitely get used to it. The projection and longevity on this is insane. On clothes it can even last days. Scent is basically a smoky pineapple. This would fit a more mature person in my opinion.

9/10

samuelares

As everyone says, yes it does have a harsh chemical opening at the beginning but then it transforms to a scent about 95% IMO to Aventus. I would rather spend my money on this than the $350+ watered down pineapple with lemonade known as Aventus.

8/10

Rasmus2007

A good fragrance BUT in my opinion this is a very overhyped tiktok clone. , the opening is very harsch and smells alot like lemon cleaner, after a while it gets better but I'm not a fan of the extremly citrousy smell. I do love the bottle design tho and for 40 dollars, why not right? I would not say that you should blind buy this cause its a scent that not everybody likes. The projection is OK. On my skin it lasts about 6 hours but you have to almost cuddle with a person to smell this on you. Its not strong at all which some people prefer.

rabannefiend

Initial spray smells like raid but disappears quickly and becomes a smoky fruity compliment beast

goshawk78

The opening does differ from that of Aventus.
It's harsh, yes ,but it disappears relatively quickly and it's in no way unpleasant to my nose at least. i'm fine by that. Then CDNIM transforms into a seductive masculine aroma and shows its real worth till the very final stage of its dry down at which strongly resembles Aventus' musky and smoky charm may be of 80- 90 %. It's a shame a fragrance that's 10 times less the price of Creed's famous banger (edt on top of that) performs projects and lasts even longer..The very first day i received a few positive reactions from people several hours after i sprayed.. Absolute gem in regards of Price value!..Whether it is synthetic or real ingredients i don't really care!,,..More important to me it smells good and obviously well accepted by those around! The closest Aventus clone in the dry down in particular imho!
(batch august 2023 made in France)

anguz_129

Got it for 4 months, opening not a problem for me anymore, maybe I got used to it or maceration made it better.
Easy 10/10, great compliment getter w 8 hours longevity and great projection.

mrgoodcologne

A Grown Man scent. This is not for the boys, because boys are still playing around. This specimen of a scent is exclusively for the gentlemen who is plays ZERO games, and is worthy to bear the coveted title of "Grown and Sexy". This is essentially Creed Aventus’ fraternal twin brother who is not as popular but is rugged, sexy, and well respected. If you can get beyond the "harsh lemon pledge opening” (that you’ll eventually get used to anyway), this is a solid option when going for an Aventus type of scent. Let that dry down pull up on you, then your inner Boss will be stirred up and you will be engulfed in an aura of sexiness that women will gravitate toward. (The ladies love this one) 😎

c2714w

Just blind bought it and tested on skin. What you hear about the opening is definitely true, it is fairly harsh and pretty synthetic. The first 30 seconds is nothing but a LOUD synthetic candied lemon peel. I wouldn't say it smells like a lemon scented cleaner like alot of people say, more so a febreze. But then after a minute I started to smell the pineapple which I found to be the annoying part of the opening surprisingly, rather than the lemon. Not a sweet and juicy pineapple note by any means, which is why I'm not too into it. But it definitely is true, after 30 minutes the opening cools down and it starts to smell better. The jasmine and woody notes are very present at this point with the pineapple and lemon slowly fading. Then hours later it shines most when it dries down, it smells very smooth, musky, smoky, slightly sweet. People just need to get over the opening because the price you can pick this up for makes this a great buy. Its extremely versatile and works for any occasions. It has crazy sillage and longevity. 7.8/10

Mathakga

the opening is overwhelming and unpleasant, but give it an hour or two to dry down starts to really shine really love the dry down... Got alot of compliments from this one...

SaadAnwer

The opening is very strong and almost put me off this cologne. It definitely gets better after 15 minutes. The dry down is worth the wait for me and I received two compliments the first day I wore this. It's good but don't see why TikTok went crazy over it.

sphere.dsk

Top notes might be strong for some but the dry-down is incredibly good. Smells a little herbal, smoky, woody and a tiny bit dirty in a really good way. In my experience this one lasts and projects longer than the EDP. This fragrance also gets better with light maceration, that synthetic lemon opening gets much better with time. It is well worth the price and I've honestly gotten many compliments wearing this one.

SaltyPandaCuber

i was wearing like 4 sprays and some fine ass girl in my math told me i smelled really good 😁 i honestly dont even really like how it smells but the girls like it so ima keep wearing it 😅

➡️ "CLUB DE NUIT INTENSE" by Armaf

Concentration: Eau de Toilette
Trend: Masculine
Season: Spring/Summer
Occasion: Absolutely any!
Low cost

Duration: 9/10 ✅
Projection: 8.5/10 ✅
Fragrance:: 8/10 ✅

Finally one of the best Arab brands, now known everywhere by enthusiasts of this world. In fact, we are talking about two fantastic versions of Armaf's so-called "black beast": both the Eau de toilette and the Pure Parfum, both of which have always been associated with the more famous but very expensive Creed Aventus.
Similar in every way except for a slightly more synthetic opening, they are however positively characterized by an almost infinite duration.
Ideal for warm spring and summer days or evenings, they fill the environment with a very powerful and fresh mix of lemon with pineapple, like a citrus bomb that it is impossible not to fall in love with instantly.
The difference between the two packages (available only online and not in European shops) is mostly in the aesthetics, naturally in the quality of the ingredients used, and consequently in the prices, which are always accessible to everyone.
You can choose one of the two just based on your available budget, but in view of the summer you absolutely cannot not have it in your men's collection. Purchase with confidence guaranteed!

Final rating: 8.5/10 ✅

Initially loved the initial leathery fruity citrus notes off this. I can see where this would be great on a spring day but tbh the muskiness + fruit feels a little juvenile. This is a no for me. I don't like the synthetic heart notes at all.

Fristislurper

I don't wear this one so often anymore. I got some conplaints that its to strong and people could smell me from a big distance. 2 sprays of this stuff is more than enough

PattayaSexClub

The opening of this is TERRIBLE. Smells like a mix of cat piss and lemon. The dry down is OK but still good enough to wear. I use it for my gym shoes now after I workout. Aventus is much better just overspray. Girls don’t like it either.

3/10.

Mehdi530650

I heard a lot about CDNIM ,received it last week CDNIM EPD 200 ml,extremely synthetic even after the dry down which is about 2 hours , people just B.S online about it , tried it for one week , no similarities with Aventus not even closer , this is not a clone this is just CDNIM , smells cheap and regular same as most people would use , doesn't have the character , totally disappointed , i will not spray it again , will probably give it away , will buy Aventus , the king is th king no B.S

Maxwilfong

This is the worst fragrance in my whole collection. A terrible harsh synthetic lemon cleaner throughout. DO NOT BLIND BUY

Amen! Hallelujah!

This reminds me of Jaen Paul Gaultier's Le Male only less sweet. I called it a veggie soup the very first time I ever sniffed it. Also V8 drink comes to mind. Something very non-fruity and non-perfumy about it in general. I would categorize it under the 90's young male in the dance club type of frag. The initial spritz can be lethal to some, very strong and overpowering and just very aggressively "there" in the acidic tarty fruits department. I am quite surprised the nose hair searing aldehydes are not present, as I would've definitely guessed those in abundance. But soon after the citrusy/fruity assault fades a bit the bitter/veggie weirdness ensues. Which I still remain undecided whether I am a fan of or not. I get very little to nothing of the ambery, sweet or powdery notes from the base like vanilla, patchouli or ambergris in the dry down. Overall this whole concoction feels artificially 90's and quite aquatic/metallic plasticky.

Daniel_San

Insanely overhyped. Opening is horrible with a very synthetic lemon cleaner smell that lasts for around an hour. The dry down is quite good about 2 hours in with a nice smoky, woody and appealing scent, but still not as good as people hype it up to be. I have heard that the Limited Edition Parfum version is much better overall and gets rid of the citrus cleaner opening, so I would spend a little extra to get that one instead of the EDT if you really do insist on trying this Aventus DNA. Quite long lasting (can still smell it as a skin scent 8-10 hours in), but the projection is not very good at all. Feels like it becomes a skin scent within an hour of applying even after months of maceration. You need at least 7 sprays of this stuff to get any sort of projection. The atomizer is awful and doesn't spray a mist, but instead it shoots out the liquid similar to those tiny water guns.

Overall: 6/10

Jackw9

In my opinion this fragrance is a little bit overhyped online. But in the dry down (if you manage to make it past the synthetic lemon bomb of an opening), this one does smell 90% similar to creed aventus.

Overall its pretty good value for money, but your going to have to spray it on 45 mins to an hour before going out.

I'll be selling my 6.8oz bottle if anybody is interested

NoseyHarsh

In the first week, the scent was very strong and overwhelming, but using fewer sprays and applying it before I left the house helped. Now, it feels like a good purchase. The middle note is sophisticated, although the top note is too intense for crowded places.

Mehrdad.Sh

I bought CDNIM cause of the reviews and the price. The smell in the air or when someone else wears it is likeable, but the opening and smelling it close to the skin is harsh and not that pleasant, after all I believe i should first smell something up-close and then buy it, not through a screen or cause so many people like it!

mulchintime

Ive owned this since last year august 2023 it wa smy first clone/fragranc in my collection its great.

Disregard the the harsh lemon cleaner opening comments just people overeacting. The lemon is fine

If you do pcik this up and your into layering try it with instant crush and or qaed al fursan thank me later💪

smerfragrance

Initially loved the initial leathery fruity citrus notes off this. I can see where this would be great on a spring day but tbh the muskiness + fruit feels a little... juvenile. This is a no for me. The middle notes are particularly synthetic, not just the top.

Salfy

I never smelled aventus so I cant really compare, but to me this is a good frag. The only thing that bothers me is the harsh synthetic opening and the synthetic pineapple note, also I dont know if its because I bought a sample(2ml), or because Im sick but I have to overspray it to smell. (Sorry if my english is bad, english aint my first language)

nzq3224

I don’t really get the Creed Aventus similarity until more in the dry down, the opening smells more harsh and citrusy. To me the dry down is honestly better than Aventus but the first 30 mins of it aren’t that good

Faabz

I think the bad reviews here are people who secretly love this scent and don't want other people to buy it.

sontravox

harsh lemon opening, but drydown is nice. lasts like 8 hours on me

Arsenal Till I Die

Today is one of those days. Smelt it on another person again and it doesn’t even smell anything like aventus. More like A&F authentic man but less herbal. 3rd and last time buying this fragrance. I’d rather hacivat, city of Jasmine and my other clones from an Australian company which smell much better. At least it performs well for the price but I just don’t like the overall scent and dont think it resembles aventus as well as other clones.

If one more person comes in and acts like the "Lemon opening" is some kind of Lemon Tsunami From Hell : I will personally find you - go to your job , NAKED with my body painted from head to toe in yellow body paint holding a bag of lemons and in front of your BOSS and co-workers I will go "Here's the bag of lemons you ordered" and hand it to you. I will have a friend film it with his phone and post it to YouTube . And that's just the beginning of it.....

Gidimeister

I don't get any lemon in this. I think I would know because citric lemony scents are one scent profile I really cannot take. Pineapple, yes; birch, yes; smoke, yes; rose, slightly—everything but lemon. As for the scent itself, for me the maceration process is what turned it into art in a bottle. I love CDNIM.

gxoki

If you like me have been debating on buying this for a long time and can't decide this is the only review you will need.

First impressions were pretty good, everyone likes to shit on the bottle but I actually really like the design and it seems very premium. The atomiser isn't that bad.

Anyways I think this might've been reformulated because this is the bomb. I don't know how this compares excatly to creed aventus, but If i were to describe the smell I would say this is like montblanc explorer, but much more woody, intoxicating, smokey and just delicious. For some reason I just love this. And the lemon pledge smell in the opening everyone seems to be talking about was not really there. I would spray this like 10-30 minutes before any social interactions just in case though. I would also say this is less synthetic in comparison to other aventus clones.

In terms of longevity and projection this is an absolute beast. You get whiffs of this every now and then throughout the entire day. Literally got a compliment from a person who was sitting next to me 7 hours after spraying this which is crazy. Hour 9 I still got some subtle whiffs of it. Go light on the sprays.

In conclusion this is a great fragrance. Very versatile as well. Everyone likes to shit on this just due to the opening and this might have been reformulated as I said earlier. I say don't trust the fragrance nerds and just get this if you like aventus. Or if you have some more money maybe buy the limited edition or the edp. :)

P.S. This or the limited edition/ edp which are said to be better are for sure a must have and this one is underrated.

LetUsSpray

The bad news is this smells nothing like Aventus. It's citric nuclear waste... The good news is it will kill anything you throw at it in the bathroom.

Club de Nuit Intense Man by Armaf is a fragrance that falls disappointingly short in almost every aspect, earning a dismal 1.5 out of 10 in my review. While it may boast decent performance, its numerous flaws overshadow any potential strengths.

Let's start with the most glaring issue: the scent itself. Club de Nuit Intense Man attempts to emulate the highly coveted Creed Aventus, but instead of capturing its essence, it falls flat on its face. The opening is harsh and synthetic, with an overpowering blast of cheap-smelling citrus and artificial pineapple that assaults the senses in the worst possible way. As it develops, the fragrance only becomes more cloying and nauseating, with a sickly sweetness that lingers on the skin like a bad hangover.

But perhaps the most egregious sin of Club de Nuit Intense Man is its blatant attempt to mimic Creed Aventus without bringing anything new or innovative to the table. Instead of offering a unique interpretation or creative twist on the original, it comes across as a cheap knockoff, lacking the sophistication and refinement that define its inspiration.

Performance-wise, Club de Nuit Intense Man does little to redeem itself. While it may boast decent longevity and projection, these qualities only serve to prolong the agony of its offensive scent profile. It's a fragrance that refuses to be ignored, clinging to the skin like a stubborn stain that just won't wash out.

In conclusion, Club de Nuit Intense Man by Armaf is a fragrance best avoided at all costs. Its disgusting smell, lack of originality, and poor performance make it a regrettable addition to any fragrance collection. Instead of trying to imitate the success of Creed Aventus, it would be better served focusing on creating something truly unique and memorable. With its numerous shortcomings, it earns a dismal 1.5 out of 10 in my assessment.

Hello, I am curious if there has been a change in the ingredients or a ingredient removed from Armaf Club De Nuit Intnese Man EDT? I had purchased my first bottle in 2022 (batch was 2021 or 2022) and the scent and notes were very good, it had a fruity pebble, woody, patchouli, smoky smell and very manly and clean and was my favorite scent. I finished that first bottle and I have purchased a new one and the lemon harshness is much much more intense and almost a cat urine smell to it. I really only smell, lemon, something of cat urine note and smoke... so I purchased another one and still same issue... then I ordered another one and same issue. All together I’ve bought 4 bottles, and the first one was the only good one. So my question is, has there been a reformulation? Or an ingredient removed? Just not sure what’s going on, really would appreciate some feedback if something in the ingredients has changed or been removed or what.

For me, this perfume opens with a sharp lemony scent (my girlfriend says it smells like toilet cleaner), which lasts for about an hour. After that, the scent transitions into a woody aromatic fragrance that's still too sharp to the point of annoying the wearer. In my opinion, the scent is better than the limited edition.
Scent: 5.5/10
Longevity: 7/10
Projection: 5/10

Although I prefer Afnan Supremacy Not Only Intense and Afnan Supremacy Silver's take on Creed Aventus, Club De Nuit did an amazing job with Intense Man. This is a fantastic addition to anyone's collection who wants a beast of an Aventus clone. Whats the difference? CDNI is "smokier" with its birch note and projects for hours. Supremacy isn't as "smoky" and leans more into it's fruit notes.

danawhite

Not really sure about all the reviews complaining about the opening, I was scared to try it but it’s not nearly as bad as half of these soy reviews are saying?? The opening is definitely lemony but not crazy over the top like these reviews, if you’re masculine you will most certainly REALLY enjoy this frag. After wearing it for a day I’d days it’s perfect for any occasion besides hot hot weather. Opening is lemony then dries down to this amazing woody leathery musk that is just AMAZING. I love Armaf for making this. My mom also said she loved how this smells

WiscoFrag

I had reviewed this a few years ago and I had commented on its lack of performance. I must have been nose blind, or maybe the bottle needed some time, because this has been an absolute beast for me. I can smell it on my clothes long after I wash them.
I'm generally skeptical of those that claim they get unsolicited complements from strangers, but with this fragrance I actually get unsolicited compliments from men and women alike. It's actually quite surprising that it happens at all, let alone to be something that happens on the regular, but here we are. In fact, the reason why I'm revisitiang my review today is because I got a few compliments today. It's almost guaranteed that I will get complemented when I wear it.
For those that say it's not 100% Aventus, who cares. I like the scent, and clearly others do as well. It works for me at least.
Given it's cheap price, great performance, and likeability, I don't even know why I bother with other fragrances.

0xrafae

This is my hundredth review and I thought this should have been reserved for a special fragrance. Well, it is what it is. Club de Nuit resembles Aventus well, but the positives end here. The scent disappears from my skin almost in an instant and I would have to go everywhere with a bottle to make up for it. Not that the price point is a limiting factor for such a venture, but come on.

NO1R

smells exactly like Aventus. you can’t justify the price point of Creed when this exists. I hate the smell of both though.

sik_lean

I don't know if I got a bad bottle or not, but this legitimately smells nothing like Aventus, even in the drydown. All I get initially is a musty lemonbomb that dries down into a more subtle musty lemonbomb. Just unpleasant, but it could also just be my skin. I say buy a sample or small bottle first, not a safe blind buy. I will try again in the future, but it's just okay for now.

adJayScent

Ok here’s the deal. You want 99% Aventus do this. Grab yourself a can of Lynx/Axe Black Night, and CDNIM. Spray Lynx on preferred area followed by an equal spray of CDNIM, or vice versa. I would suggest to do this on clothes to make the scent last longer, alternatively over-spraying, as doing this method hinders the longevity and sillage. However this does shoot the fragrance identical to creeds performance and scent profile. So treat it as if you had creed aventus. Essentially the citrus at the start is gone in seconds and replaced by a delightful mix of fruitiness, still keeping the other accords in place throughout.

Faabz

There are so many fragrances out there that have great openings but fade to something boring very quickly. While here we have people complaining about the lemon opening which lasts maybe 10 minutes tops before drying down to something beautiful. I don't care how close it smells to aventus, I get compliments every time I wear this fragrance.

Jacob.marley00002

Expected a nice soapy Aventus esque opening however was greeted with a sharp, bleach like scent with stiff synthetic lemon that glared over all the other notes. Cannot deny the performance of the fragrance as it unfortunately lasted on my skin for 6-7 hours while still projecting its rancid smell.

samir1234

This fragrance isn't bad in my opinion it's kind of mid. I just don't like the smell of birch didn't get many compliments either.

lunarossalover

super good value fragrance. super premium smelling. lots of compliments. great longevity, and has a really unique opening that I can only compare to a citrus cleaner??? super great fragrance though. whenever older people ask me if I have creed aventus on, I just say "yea" lol.

jlxber

Opening is not as bad as people say it is, yes it is a bit harsh but once it drys down its an amazing fragrance especially for the price.

akselbr2009

no pinapple harsh not just the opening older group of people likes this to leather smokey

jayyy67890

I really dislike this fragrance the opening is way to harsh it gives me a headache every time I try to wear it but I will say the dry down is pretty good but its not good enough to go thru that terrible opening in my opinion

FreshNBussin

So I'll get right to the point. This is basically Aventus with way more power and longevity but a very rough opening for the first 15-30mins. I personally love the mid/dry-down because I love Aventus and it's almost indistinguishable at that point, with WAY more longevity and projection. But as mentioned before, the opening, at least for me, is brutal. It has this synthetic toilet bowl citrus cleaner type of smell and I kind of try to keep my mind off it while I wait for the magic to happen (If I'm going to use it for that day, I time it and I spray it on and wait for the opening to settle before I head out). I guess that's what you get for the price you pay because the value for this is incredible. I had someone say the opening was totally fine and someone else got a headache... pick your poison. Try it out for yourself and find out. I got 100ml and overall I'm happy with it. 8/10.

Mister Bean

DON'T JUDGE THIS FRAGRANCE BY THE OPENING. The opening smells terrible and is headache-inducing. After the dry down, the lemon-cleaner smell goes away. It will give you lots of attention and get you noticed. If you don't want to get noticed, I suggest sticking away from this fragrance. With most fragrances, I sometimes spray them randomly just to remember what they smell like, but I find myself avoiding Club de Nuit due to the unpleasant and headache-inducing opening. But buying this fragrance is risky since Club de Nuit is inconsistent with batches. Some last 10 HRS with beastmode projection some only last 2hrs. Try to get an older batch but if you can, risk it because the fragrance is still good to have for the cheap price.

Overall, this is a good pickup if you want to get noticed. Good Projection and Longevity for the older batchs

mmaggi

I purchased this on a blind buy about 5 years ago bc of all the reviews claiming it was a 90% Aventus clone. I smelled Aventus and although I did smell some similarities, it wasn't that close.

Anyway... this isn't a good scent. It screams synthetic for starters and the majority of scent that I got on the dry down was burned rubber (this was after the heavy lemon pledge furniture polish opening). I tried letting it macerate and it didn't help. I really gave it shot, I really wanted it work. But I ended up throwing it out after about a year of wearing it, not wearing it and wearing it again. I don't think I got through half the bottle. Also the atomizer was terrible.

And this isn't a knock on Armaf. They make some good stuff like The Pride of Armaf and Tres Nuit. But this is a mess and a failure. Spend your $35-$40 on something else. Seriously.

GalneLennart

Terrible…

RedmondRaymington

It's indeed a compliment bomb. Just about every I wear it on a date she'll text about how great I smelled.

Tomasr

The poor man’s Creed Aventus that pulls even more compliments and is guaranteed to have people stop you on your tracks to ask what you are wearing because “this smells so good.”

This is undoubtedly not as well blended nor as refined but who cares when you can spend a literal fraction of the price to feel just as good and experience a similar representation of the supposed “king of fragrances.”

benjamin69

This might be one of the worst fragrances I’ve ever smelt, do not believe the tiktok hype

the opening smells horrific, like cat piss and lemons on steroids with some Smokey leather that just smells like cigarettes.

The dry down is not much better, to me smells basically the same the whole way through expect slightly less harsh. Not sure how this could be a compliment monster like some people have said. Longevity and projection is nothing special either despite what others have said too.
Had to sell this cuz there was no way I was ever wearing this in public.

Overall smells nothing like creed aventus, if you want a dupe of aventus get Mont Blanc explorer, smells much better with a more nice soapy fruity vibe than this synthetic disgrace.

Jibones01

A lemon bomb that lasts 4 hours if I'm lucky. New formulations must suck I suppose.

TonyG

Whoever says this smells like Creed Aventus is either lying or has no sense of smell. I can see they were TRYING to make it smell like Aventus, but they failed miserably. Aventus is one of the best frags ever made.....this smells like vinegar and pineapple air freshener. Harsh the harshest opening of any frag I own (I bought it because it was cheap and I love Aventus) and have never worn it as it's absolutely disgusting. It's incredible how many people,YouTubers and collectors will say this is a fantastic dupe. It's not even a good scent on its own let alone a dupe for Aventus. This stuff is legit gross and it's gathered dust on my shelf since I bought it. Truly minging.

Vvsberg

This is straight up trash full of chemicals waste of money don’t try fake it till u make it once u smell aventus you never go back to trash

Misterprofumo

Ok on my initial review I hold my hands up I did slate this fragrance saying it initially did smell like lemon toilet cleaner, so I am one for 2nd chances and I am reposting my review based on sitting on this sent all day, I have to say I maybe did not give this one the chance it deserved well boy the dry down is totally different to the opening it's so so good and moreish very juicy pineapple & bergamot. I am defo still getting Aventus vibes like I before, but the sillage and longevity from Armaf is better, this fragrance sucked me in big time.

CYBORG

I HATE THIS FRAGRANCE. It doesn’t smell anything like aventus by creed. This smells like an incense candle that you make yourself. It is plain terrible. On my skin it is all leather and smoke, and as a younger guy that isn’t good. The only fruit I get is a very harsh “apple.” I would not recommend this if you are younger

Arsenal Till I Die

Possibly the biggest love hate relationship with a fragrance I’ve had over the 10 years of buying and selling.
Today, it’s a love. I like to mix this with A&F Fierce and it’s a great combo. This obviously takes over the majority of the time and it projects and lasts for ages. Probably one of the best bang for your buck and easily the best Aventus clone by a mile. At least this has nice depth compared to the watered down aventus and I enjoy it from the opening till the dry down.

cologne_connoisseur

it's good, but i don't get much longevity out of it. the opening is a little rough, but you can get through. all though i like it, some people have commented on it smelling like piss; would not blind buy it, but it's a nice summer fresh fragrance. very citrusy and fresh.

AURA2023

Braidenh

Smells good, opening not as bad as everyone cries about. Lots of lemon, wouldnt blind buy tho!

uegwigduiegcwigce

not that good

Bully Maguire

People who even call this as perfume must have never smelled a good fragrance. Please don't buy this 'toilet cleaner + gasoline' liquid. It smells as bad as sweat. I made a huge mistake of blind buying it based of YOUTUBE REVIEWS. Now i use mine to spray inside the shoes to reduce the intense of my smelly socks

johanswarts79

New batches has been reformulated and doesn't perform as it used to. If you can still get hold of batches prior to November 2023 get it, it's gold.

OGdazed

Another blind buy, Armaf Club de Nuit Intense men is a fantastic fragrance for men, great projection and sillage that lasts 7 hours or more easily.

Great fragrance for compliments and I recommend this to anyone that doesn't want to spend too much and still get amazing performance.

aventuspus

I got the made in France version, not sure of bad opening smell YouTubers were talking about.
I find it quite smooth and the smell is really nice after half an hour.

Fragrance apprentice

Best reaction I've ever got was from this fragrance a few years back. It has definitely been reformulated because i never get the same reactions from strangers anymore.

rrrroyer

It smells great. The bottle is cool, atomizer is ok and the smell is good. Don't wear it on the sun thought, it may smell like ball sweat but otherwise is great.

BojanGuzina

I absolutely hate this. I gave it many chances but the opening punctures my nose with its synthetic citrus and smoke notes. Smells like a sore throat feels and it is like that for the first 2 HOURS. The middle notes are alright, but its unwearable because of the opening. Dont buy it.

FluBooFragrances

smells like an old really ripe brown lemon that smells like fucking lemon cleaning products, I feel like im in a fucking cleaning closet for fuck sakes, pulls no bitches, drops no panties, if a women smelled this on you she would think u are going to molest her and keep her in ur basment. dont buy.

Faabz

It's strange, I'm not sure if I got a reformulated version but I do not get the "lemon bomb" in the opening at all, I actually find the opening to be fairly balanced and not terribly harsh. I also do not understand how some reviewers are saying performance is bad, I do one spray on my chest in the morning and I'm in a scent bubble for at least 6 hours and I can usually still smell it on myself the next morning. I definitely get the charred pineapple in the initial dry down but as that fades it becomes much more complex with that smokey, woody, somewhat soapy vibe. I feel like I pick up different notes every time I wear it. Again I'm not sure if I have a reformulated version but I also have the limited edition and I prefer the EDT all day, I find it fruitier and brighter with more complexity.

Maxfax

I thought that it has synthetic opening, but the amount of complements I got is insane.

tcfvygbuhiw_peru.33

smells like toxic lemon scented toilet bowl cleaner, and clorox wipes combined. you only smell pineapple after like 5 hours definitely dont blind buy its a very specific scent This jawn smell like tear gas

newColector

Opening smells pretty much the same as dry down. If you don't like very masculine fragrances, this isn't a good blind buy. I was surprised by how strong this fragrance is. It has good longevity and projection but is VERY citrusy. I like the fragrance personally but I can also see how people wouldn't like it. Do not expect any sweet scent when smelling this fragrance.

Ian99

I don't know how it works, but I don't understand how people say this fragrance lasts long? On me, it barely lasts an hour or two, although the projection is definitely beast mode, too many people hate the harsh opening, and it sucks to reapply this thing over and over again, that just ends up with people having to smell the harsh opening over and over again (personally, I love the opening, smells a lot like pineapple juice with a hint of lemon). Yes, smell is subjective, but I don't want to give the people around me headaches, what happened today was people were literally covering their noses over the smell. (although that could be because I gave my classmates a couple of sprays too, which could have mixed up and made the smell way too cloying) but that was a really bad experience, so I'll be sticking to profondo for now, it's just that my mom likes it even though she hates fragrances, it's the only reason I'm keeping it.

In conclusion, this fragrance is not for places that are cramped and tight, if you're going to the beach or to a vacation, that would be the perfect time to wear this. (but honestly, I still love this scent despite the harsh opening that I accustomed to love)

sabawnamaysoup

When I tried this fragrance from a classmate when he brought his CDNIM to school, I can definitely agree with the very lemony and harsh opening smelling quite bad for the first few minutes but after around 15-30 minutes, it started to smell a lot more smoother and actually really good with the smokiness. You definitely do not need to reapply this as its performance can last the entire day of school from 7 AM to anywhere night time with excellent projection and sillage.

DanielOliveiraBr

abertura um pouco difícil, mas após isso uma delícia, muitos elogios e muito versátil!
Ótimo custo benefício

smacleod7117

Im not so sure why people are saying the opening is harsh. It’s very citrus forward for a few minutes but almost immediately starts cooling off into fresh, bright tones with a light woody accent. Worth the blind buy. Suits young men who are out of their 20s and want to lean into something more mature but aren’t quite ready to start spraying on some stinky niche oud fragrance. Performance is beastly. I think this will be my spring/summer fragrance for sure.

2093Twïzzy

Not as harsh opening as some people described it but still somewhat harsh. I think this fragrance is definitely worth it for the price

jameslee

Another banger by Armaf. This is a smoky, fruity, woody and citrusy fragrance with a noticable leather and pineapple note that will get you compliments on a daily basis anywhere you go. Awesome for all year round for any occasion with an insane projection, longevity and value, 10/10.

King_cola

It's a synthetic Aventus, which isn't a bad thing. Does it stand up to the real deal? Kind of but not really. You can tell that it's not the same, it definitely smells cheaper, which it is, significantly, so take that for what you will. The opening is harsher and slightly off putting, the depth isn't quite as deep or pronounced and the citrusy note is closer to lemon than it is pineapple. But, for the price, it's an exceptional deal. I'm a big fan of Aventus and I bought this so I felt less guilty about running through my Aventus bottles and I'd recommend it to someone who wants something similar to Creed but isn't comfortable putting the money down on the real deal.

Gogyanich

It's smells nice and versatile, might be a bit too musky for a stuffy office, school or a train but for the outdors ocasions it's gorgeous.

TheWoodman

I can fully understand that many comparisons to Creeds aventus but it’s not aventus. I actually get more compliments wearing this than the weak reformulated Creed. Please, if you can, use some then let it sit for at least 3 months. You will not regret it. Definitely a warm weather fragrance and one I use just to lift my mood and even when on my on. It seems to pick m up ,, specially on dull, rainy days. Beastmode frag. Great value for money

randar3

First of all, In my opinion the opening is the best part about this fragrance and i have the edt version Made in france. After the lemon flavour is gone i have mixed feelings about this fragrance. Beginning is good and when it calms down its also good, but between.....it smells like spray deodorant mixed with sweat. I'ts hard to say what flavours i feel between the opening and drydown, at one point you feel lemon/pineapple and then randomly some some smokey stuff. When this fragrance shines is definetly after few hours when the aromas mix with each other into a smooth smoked pineapple blend. This fragrance definetly is an beast mode fragrance. I sprayed it in the morning and i felt it quite well after i finished work (8h). Sillage is also great!
I think this is more of an mature frag and fits well when you like to wear posh/classy clothes with bowtie, for example when you imagine how businessman looks.
In my opinion it goes into the same category as bentley for men intense, not with notes or smell but when you like the style of it.
It's definetly not blindbuy fragrance, especially when you are young. I hoped cdnim to be more an fruity style fragrance, but its not. It's smoked pineapple.

Frgrancefan

Honestly i dont really understand why people say the opening of edt or edp is bad its actually pretty decent but you mainly smell the citrus it performs incredible for the price like its 100 dollars or something and overall its a very refreshing fragrance I'd say i like the bottle smell and performance of it and if you need a day perfume and your on a budget get this

MrMarshy

This fragrance got me a big booty Latina where she cant be in a 30 mile radius around me because it has only killed 400,000 people Mohammed came to my doorstep and said to me " You have found the way towards life... TJD" then right after that all the girls sweat that came from wanting me ( and slight arson) had 100,000 Africans full with water...10/10

jbfragrances22

I have the made in France version. Never really got the strong lemon pledge opening that people are talking about. The opening isn’t insanely good but it’s not bad either. The pineapple and lemon settle down after 20-30mins or so and the birch and musk become much more prominent. Longevity is great 8-10hrs on me, projection 3ft+. I like this for the price, and this fragrance is a legend in the community so it’s a must have in the collection. That said If you’re just looking for one Aventus clone; I’d recommend the EDP or Parfum. Afnan’s Supremacy NOI is a solid clone as well if you’re into the fruity batches of Aventus.

I think CDNIM OG is a great clone but imo there’s just better options out there now. Can’t speak on the UAE ver.

wax1998

smells like you rubbed urself all day against a pine tree. not saying its bad tho its basically the smell im getting from it. the fruity notes is really what makes it for me, without it i would have never got it.

richard22

After 8 months of spraying it and letting it sit on the shelf - the strong lemon pledge smell is gone. Smokey Citris - like Aventus - Wow now I can Use it. Worth the wait. Great Price

KaddShaddai

Highly recommend, great gift

Olivedrabber

Not bad but what I really dont like is the dry down.. kind of cheap powder smell

Palmsquad

I love it. Very crisp and fresh. Love it throughout the day. Sometimes I feel the need to re-spray once mid-day.

kasunchathu0003

After many Reviews everywhere , got this , and it has a Strong opening which has a dry down ,which is Pleasant to the nose and seems almost luxury.
feels more like a fall or spring perfume. and also a Night time perfume.
for the price it's very acceptable and the Hype is worth it.

Imraan Cornelius

The opening is terrible man, holy smokes.

It's kinda like creed yes, if you’re willing to take your punishment for the first 20 mins.

It's like this fragrance punishes you for being poor.

CalebScents

Opening is horrible and the drydown is no different than Mont Blanc explorer. Avoid the horrible opening and ugly bottle and explorer.

RefaEDT

Upon smelling this fragrance for the 1st time I hated it. atleast on paper.

after trying it on skin and waiting around 5 minutes for the overpowering citrus smell to dissapate and turn into one of the best smelling colognes i have, and hate to admit it, since its so cheap
great sillage and projection
and its a Cheapie!
granted best aventus clone

DONT SPREAD THE WORD

香水

Can anyone smell it greener and herbier than citruses?

Vvsberg

Dry down is ok. Yes it last long because it’s 95% straight up synthetic. Opening is horrible chemical smell. I would never put this on my skin. It’s overly strong can basically give u a headache if you’re not easy on the trigger. just buy Aventus from a discounter and be happy.

TheDarkAura

If you smell this with the cap over the nozzle, it is epic -- something about it reminds me of golden walls of a heavenly palace. The moment you remove the cap you can smell the ever infamous, "lemon pledge" synthetic odor.
Subjectively, it is still one of my favorites. But, I have to deduct points for the opening. It's frustrating how the initial spray teases Aventus-pineapple and then suddenly morphs into that oily/cleaner/bug spray smell. It's the part of CDNIM that's the most apparent as well; it also projects strongly. It takes about 1hr for it to morph into its top tier drydown. A part of Aventus that hides and vanishes quickly, but it actually lasts with CDNIM. Like Aventus, it also gets easily brushed off with clothing and water. You can get 4-6 good hours with CDNIM, but in order to do so, you have to spray more; which means suffering through the opening.

Pros:
-One of the best drydowns ever
-Fair price

Cons:
-Bad opening
-Can come off easily
-Overall longevity is inconsistent

Valuns

After having my bottle open for over 2 years now, Its become a great scent. The harsh lemon pledge opening is completely gone and I actually get a blast of pineapple now (before when I first purchased it, it was Lemon Cleaner BOMB for at least 30 minutes. I'm not saying its a great fragrance since you have to have it macerate for literally 2 years. But if you buy a used bottle that was opened that long ago it may be worth it. Smells great now.

LvngStck

Might've just been a good batch, but I seriously don't get the very harsh lemon cleaner opening. It's not pleasant, but it's not THAT bad and I feel as if it's overplayed. After smelling only synthetic and low quality lemon, you get synthetic woody, leathery, musky, citrusy, and smoky goodness that lasts forever. The drydown is quite nice and for a cheap synthetic fragrance it's one of the few I'll keep. I sprayed this thing at night and woke up and it lasted the whole day after that.

nicksbored

As i agree with other people the opening is harsh but when it drys down its enjoyable. Being the Aventus clone you also get a lot of compliments

The dry downs definitely smell similar. but the opening is just too harsh to be enjoyable. I dont like either cdnim or creed aventus tho.

Elliptah

Everything about this fragrance is top tier, I was expecting the lemon opening to be a lot stronger than it is but I also see why people don't necessarily like it.

The smell is fantastic all the way through and it projects like a mf.

100% reccomend

opening is fuckin horrific drydown is good

This is my most complimented fragrance hands down. From random women in a grocery store to fellow church members, they all wonder what I'm wearing and don't hesitate to say that I smell good. We all know that this never gets old. I've had mine for over 2 years thanks to a few reviewers on the tubeyou. It never lets me down and I can wear to any occasion dressed up or casual.

Mr Inquisitor

This is one of the best colognes I’ve ever worn in my life. It gets you so many compliments, because it just applies itself to your skin and natural body odor in such a beautiful way. It smells amazing. It’s one of the best colognes I’ve ever worn in my life. It is a true compliment getter. Everybody else that I know, that I’ve told to buy it, they also get compliments.

johanswarts79

Did they change the inner box on the new batches? I got a batch from 11/2023. Just making sure I didn't get a fake. This is my 3rd bottle.

The Athenian Gentleman

I bought it as an Aventus clone and it does the job...
I have got many (i mean it's the most compliment fragrance i ever wore) compliments about this.
Finally in comparison with the authentic it is not as complicated, smooth and elegant as the original but for the price is a no brainer.
I got bored wearing it, plus evrybody wears this kind of DNA these days (even 60 yo people and i don't want that for my self) but i always return to it from time to time...

Tip: Let it macerate it for several months,it gets darker, richer and less synthetic.

Sinkagu

My atomizer broke twice, the bottle started leaking after atomizer got “clogged” for the second time. But the smell isn’t bad but the Inital spray has such a strong lemon cleaner smell that i hate. Smells Harsh first 30 minutes. Even though I personally don’t like it much, it had gotten me compliments so a 6/10. Before I started collecting I only had Cool water and CDNIM. I still have a almost full bottle of CDNIM but I’ve went through 3 bottles of Cool water. I got CDNIM in 2021. So I can tell what I subconsciously dislike way more!

Lewisjack148

The compliment scent. This scent always gets the most.complimenrs, even when compared to expensive alternatives like Creed Aventus.

Ignore the top notes. I personally think it smells like lemon bleach at the start but once that passes the smell is incredible. Amazing projection, too.

Ijtihed

No. The harsh opening is too noticeable, and it stays. It won't get better. Absolutely do not recommend 2/10. (the 2 points are because i like the bottle design)

timsmellsg00d

Synthetic Aventus clone. The worst opening I have ever experienced, a sour lemon cleaning product with a burnt synthetic smoke smell. The performance blows Aventus out of the water but nowhere near the scent. There are so many other Aventus dupes out there that I would recommend over this. It is cheap but it smells cheap so it's not even worth the price tag.
Scent: 3/10

As others are saying, definitely a harsh lemon opening. It subsides in about an hour and you are met a with a more calm lemon vanilla, with an undertone of leather. If I think about it I can pick out the pineapple but really I smell more lemon, and I think the lemon dominates the pineapple. Hopefully this changes as I get used to the scent, but its definitely still a great blind buy for the money.

Reaven74

Harsh aventus clone worth every penny!

ValentinV

Beastmode frag. 8 sprays at 08:00AM on skin. Got compliments at 18:30PM in the office. It’s a best buy and more likeable than Afnan supremacy not only intense (more heavier and not as fruity).

Rizzmillah

Very nice fragrance. I smell some millah in the base notes.

KarlK

Bought this about 7 weeks ago. The initial spray was very strong lemony scent. I didn't care much for it, but the dry down was awesome. Smelled sweet, vanilla, amber goodness. Couldn't stop smelling it. Because of the strong lemon scent, I did what most people reviewing it recommended: apply it about an hour before you go out so that the scent dies off.

I put it away for about a month, coz that initial lemon scent was waaaay too strong, and I wasn't using it everyday. Last week, I brought it out of witness protection, and damn if the lemon scent is not as strong. Now I can wear it and leave the house immediately. The string lemon scent has turned into a bright citrus scent that just smells fresh. Incredible!

Can't stop wearing this! Armaf, keep on keeping on!

Totally recommend this, don't even listen to the naysayers, this is pure gold.

L3n3z

The opening is like you applied Terre de hermes ,mont blanc explorer equal parts and finished of with a little spray of ombre leather .
For the price I have no complaints.
And oh it’s loud!
It projects well and lasts long.

SniffDogg

I ordered several sample sprays in glass vials, delivered to my dog house. CDNIM was the first cologne I tried. I sprayed it and wore it overnight. Here are my notes: "Lemon opening, fairly bitter, almost like pine but not quite. After 4 hours lemon smell went away. Smells a little better, not super good, it goes to piney dry down. Would want to wear almost any other cologne."

This morning I tried L'Aventure by Al Haramain, which is also supposed to be an Aventus clone. Right away I could tell it was the same overall smell as CDNIM. L'Aventure smells like CDNIM has already dried down, plus a sweet lemon smell on top, which is missing in CDNIM.

L'Aventure is much more balanced and better smelling. It really smells like sweet lemon mixed with bitter lime (like Sprite or 7UP I guess). Where as with CDNIM I'm only getting bitterness and it just never smelled as good.

In the end I don't think this type of fragrance is my cup of tea. But if you're going to try one, the L'Aventure smells like what CDNIM was going for but missed.

StunningSamuel

I didn't mind the citrusy opening that many people complained about as it didn't last that long. It's fruity and citrusy and Leathery. It's not ombre leather levels of leather but you can't help but notice the leather. If you don't mind that you love it, but unfortunately I am not a fan of leather so I couldn't really love this for myself. Performance isn't a problem with this scent. Definitely try before you buy.

DupeGod

First impressions on this fragrance is lemon citrus peel. On skin it smells like an orange peel but mellows out to just a broad citrus scent. 5-6 sprays Greta summer and spring fragrance.

ttsib

I've tried several clones of Creed Aventus before, but Armaf Club de Nuit Intense Man stands out as the best by far. It's incredibly powerful, and the opening doesn't come as a shock like with some others said. I just wore it for the first time today, and within minutes, a colleague complimented me, mistaking it for the real thing. To be noted he was standing at a distance of about 10 meters. That's how impressive its projection and similarity to Creed Aventus are. Highly recommended!

zouzan

I got this fairly recently and I have to say I hate it. The opening smells exactly like lemon-scented furniture wipes for the entire time it stays on my skin (6-8 hours). After the horrible opening, it starts smelling like the furniture you just used the wipe on. Might just be a problem with the newer batches, but buyer beware!

senad05

Let me put it this way, I've owned tons of fragrances, multiple niche scents and spent thousands of dollars.

And i'm telling you that Club De Nuit is my most complimented by far. There's something special about the pinapple smell that people love. Yes the opening is harsh and not really pleasant, but the dry down is magical.
¨
Extra note: If you let this fragrance macerate for a few months, it gets a thousand times better!

taboniche

Imagine this: You're on your first date with the woman of your dreams. You met her at a coffee shop last Tuesday. You both ordered the same thing and you started talking. The conversation continued. You laughed, she laughed. You asked her out to dinner, and now tonight is the night.

You're sitting at a table in a nice, upscale restaurant downtown. Not your usual venue, and you're definitely out of your comfort zone, but you want to impress her. You're talking about your families, where you were raised, and your careers. It's going great. But your conversation is interrupted as the maître d' wheels over a cart with a stainless steel cloche atop it.

"Sir, we would like to offer you tonight's special, compliments of the chef"

He pulls off the steel cloche to reveal a disembodied pair of butt-cheeks with half a lemon wedged between them. The smell hits your nose immediately and your eyes water. You take a moment to wipe the tears from your eyes, after which you look to your date to get her reaction. But in the chaos, she has gathered her things and is halfway to the front door.

"Jessica wai-"

The maître d' stops you.

"It's no use sir. Let her go. You can thank the chef."

The maître d' points towards the kitchen. Standing in the door is a diabolical man. A man you never expected to see again. But here he is. And here he strikes again.

Chef Armaf.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
This fragrance is foul, but accessible to the masses because of the price. For that reason I think it gets a pass by many. But it's absolutely awful, funky, stinky and smelly. It smells unholy. Avoid this one, or buy it because it's cheap. Whatever you do, don't let it ruin your first date.

Freedomlover

Bought this over 7 years ago... And still after all my other collection good one always gets a compliment here and there from friends etc etc and total strangers asking what fragrance I'm wearing... For the price the quality is phenomenal...
I still haven't gone through all the bottles of this beauty that I bought years ago.. Easily pays all day. Especially m the heat

AkselSvEn

club nut = creed aventus europris edisjon

EpicSniffer

Performance is insane!!! I blind bought this fragrence and i was blown away. This is the best budget fragrence of all time, opening to me isn't as harsh as everyone makes it out to be but the dry-down is really where this shines. Smells 99% similar to aventus in the air and it projects up to 6 feet within the first 3-4 hours (based on 3 sprays) for me this fragrence is a 9.5/10

Kebyesyes

my sweet first clone of fragrance it probably doesnt hit the same but who cares!? its still good 10/10

Afc_Croatian

100 fragrances later and yep this one is continuing to shine.

I gotta say this was the first clone fragrance I ever bought and it really set the bar high for clones. After this one i expected all highly-rated clones to be the same as the real deal.
CDNIM blew all my expectations out the water and then some.

To begin, the opening feels identical to Aventus. You pick up on that pineapple right away.
As it dries down it’s not as Smokey as Aventus is and the pineapple and lemon stay dominant. Aventus shines in this part of course since it’s noticeably smoother but for the price point CDNIM does great.
This lasts longer than Aventus according to multiple reviews and I gotta say it does linger for some time for me, at an unbelievable price as well you really cannot go wrong.

The downside is it’s a cheap bottle and the cap broke on me…

Still, an 8.7/10

Cejd10

This is a good, citrusy cologne. I blind bought it and I have to say I was impressed. For me the opening was fine but it has came to me that most people get a citrusy dish cleaner when they first open it. This cologne is good for every season day and night and lasts long with the right amount of sprays. If you're looking for a strong clone of Creed Aventus I suggest this, but Mont Blanc Explorer might be the way to go for similar smells in every way. I highly recommend this for how cheap you can get it for.

Mytwocents

I own 50 plus frags, ranging from designer to niche. CNIM hands down is my most complimented. I had read about like most and decided to give it a try. Initially I hated it, couldn't understand the positive reviews etc. The initial harsh lemon was extremely off putting and I was bewildered. I thought there was no way I can leave the house smelling like this. But it needs to macerate for months. I own all the iterations: edp, parfum, Limited edition and the edt. They all get the job done, the pure parfum is the smokiest of the lot. The performance of all is off the charts. Spray 6 to 8 on your clothing before heading out and you'll be set for the whole day. You WILL go noseblind but the scent will linger for hours and those around you will love you for it. It obviously smells amazing in the air by all the positive reactions I've received. Enjoy!

Refdoun

I have had this for about 3 months now and tested it multiple times and I didnt like it a single time. Maybe its bad batch, but I still dont know how someone can enjoy wearing it. It smells like smoky citrus, but too synthetic and even the perfomance isnt great and lasts for about 3 hours, I have asked other people what they think about it and they all said that it stinks and they hate it. It smells like harsh freshly grounded pepper.
I dont know if its bad batch or it just doesnt go well with my skin, or I just had high expectations from all the good reviews. I will still keep trying it from time to time and maybe it will get better, also i tested it in more cold weather so maybe it will be different in summer. But Iam afraid that it will project too strongly and overwhelm everyone with its syntetic smell. Overall I dont recommend it now, get a sample before you commit to full bottle. Take care

BojanGuzina

I hate it. Cant stand the citrus that is the only note i can smell in the first 2 hours. After that it doesnt matter, its ruined by the opening.

AutisticCancerBoi

Love it but it kinda smells like sweat

Sikman123

I love it. I always get compliments. 90% Similar to creed aventus but u will get 10x better performans with club de nuit.

Lihaliemikuutio

Many people talk about the harsh opening, which i somewhat agree with. If you manage to get over the opening this fragrance is amazing, cheap, extremely long lasting and versatile everyday scent for school, office Etc. The scent itself smells very basic and nowadays even kinda boring but it doesn't matter that much because this fragrance is SO long lasting and performs amazingly. Despite being pretty cheap its one of my most long lasting fragrances. Most fragrances perform pretty bad on my skin but putting 4-5 sprays of this fills the entire room.

NoahPound

Smells bad even after the opening

Gronix

This was a blind buy. For me, I think the opening is WAAAY to synthetic, but the dry down is actually really good, despite it being the fragrance in my collection I dislike the most, I actually get very many compliments for this. Good overall fragrance I use when I’m not doing anything special

AaronMclean0205

Love this fragrance and others love it too. One comment I usually get though is that the opening is very strong however after a while it dries into a nice lemon scent. Its not like other citrus fragrances I've smelt. For the price though I heavily recommend this fragrance and I'm definitely repurchasing.

Xxscentmaster2000xX

It is really good, but it is synthetic , and strong and really fruity so i like it alot. Doesnt give me a headace and i just really like it and i blind bought it so i recommend it to anyone but it can be special but its worth it for the price. 6/10 for me because of the syntheticness

Barebearberries

as a teenager, this fragrance is WAYYYY too manly for me. id love to wear it more but it just feels wrong to wear this anywhere. i like it, but i guess i didnt look enough into it before blind buying it lol

Elytraisaqt

This isn't worth the hype imo, it's very very synthetic in the opening. Later it turns good when it has dried down. Try before you buy!

In comparison to aventus, it smells like it after it has had time to dry down. But not in the opening, so harsh and synthetic that holds for atleast 2 hours, I can't get over it. Not blind buy worthy

4/10

Zhuó Li Fougère

@Hermygermy

it's crazy that you say that, because i am literally using it for my shoes..
i dont know what else to do with it.
the lemon cleaner vibe disappears in the drydown after 2 hours

Hermygermy

Why would someone wear this? Just overall smells like lemon cleaner. The smell ain't bad. Just nothing you would want to wear on your body. It's great as a shoe refreshener. I don't see the hype. Don't buy even though it's dirt cheap. 4/10

waymonbrown84

CDIM is a fragrance that I believe is best used for it's aura than its scent. Up close, out the atomizer, this scent can actually smell stale as if it's an old batch of fragrance and something is wrong. However in the air, this is a leathery, smoky, soft woody musky scent that is undeniably masculine and will add intrigue to the wearer.

The pineapple is not sweet and juicy, it's cheap, dirty and chemically and so is the subtle vanilla but it works when people walk by you and when you're out and about. The lemon is not sharp or bursting with sparkle. This will probably get you noticed more than Explorer which smells cleaner and has more of that refined designer scent characteristic. Basically, a spray of CDIM to each side of the neck is all you need with this one and you're good for the next 8+ hrs. You'll catch wafts of it 12 hrs later when you're outside and the wind is blowing. You don't say to yourself: 'Wow, I should really reapply this stuff to freshen up' as doing so would potentially be unfavorable to others around you and not the best way to let this stuff do its job. It's a set it and forget it type of application for the day (or use it again night too). Another way to use it is to let it be an aroma that develops under your clothing where a chest shot or two will do you instead of it projecting from your neck. That could even be a more fitting way to wear the fragrance. One bottle should last you for several years even if it's your only bottle. Smells rather mature but you don't have to wait until 30 to wear it.

There is a part of me that thinks about how the cheap ingredients are a little insulting to spray on my skin but for what it does as a complimentary fragrance on man like a garment or accessory that makes you stand out, this can be tolerated, overlooked and eventually appreciated. This is more about what the scent can do for you so if you like the idea of what this is a clone of in terms of it's appeal, here's a way to get into that general appeal for peanuts.

**If you're considering the body mist of this fragrance on Fragrancenet for around $10, it doesn't smell the same as CDIM EDT. No smokiness really with some non-descript semi faint fruity sweetness and it doesn't smell remarkably more natural even as an oil style body mist. It's not a cheaper, more natural and lighter version of the EDT. The body mist is much, much lighter, has some sweetness and is not complex or deep at all nor does it have the personality of the EDT. I've relegated the body mist to being a gym scent as I don't prioritize gym scents usually and it's mostly relegated to that so that I use it up, not because it smells great - not bad but not really good either. In the Summer I'll throw it on just because on those days where I just want to have something on.

Atosukii

Idk if I’m spraying too much I’ve tried 3 sprays, but I’ve noticed that people always complain about the smell obviously it is very strong for me. I might go for one spray, but I’ve never gotten a good reaction when I wore this fragrance. Which is unfortunate because of the reviews I see of this fragrance I might try out 1 spray only it is so strong.

feilldji

Great creed aventus clone . I recently smelled Aventus at the store and was surprised at how close club de nuit intense was. club de nuit is like a lower quality harsher creed aventus about 75-80% similar. For 40 $ it is a very good fragrance because it does have good performance. The opening does smell like a really synthetic lemon but after that it smells great. Would recommand this one for summer or night outs.

Pinochles

This is a very dark/smoky fragrance which i enjoy. however, i decided to layer it with Qaed Al Fursan a pretty cheap lattaffa pineapple cologne and WOW! It makes club de nuit a bit brighter and adds even more pineapple! give it a try.

BrokerMan

I haven't purchased this Armaf Club de Nuit Intense Man for sometime.

It certainly is not "the beast" it was - my batch is dated 12/2023.

It is still pleasant but, it will be my last purchase.

I do wish these companies would put the price of their products up rather than changing formulations.

Phantom8194

very smoky, sort of smells like aventus but doesn't start off the same

zaref

My first ever bottle of CDNIM edt had great performance. However, my second purchase which is a 08/2023 batch, not so much. It lasts probably 2 hours max on my skin and maybe 3-4 on clothes. You can tell right away upon initial spray, that these new batches aren't as strong. The sharp lemon pledge smell has definitely been toned down in the opening, but I think that's maybe affected the performance overall as well. Just feels watered down unfortunately.

orionn

like stated, the opening is incredibly strong, nothing too bad about that, but there was no other notes i could smell except pepper, i could smell nothing but pepper, which is funny because pepper isn't even stated as one of the notes.

Nathan Carpenter

Yes the opening is bad but after five years of regular use it still pulls complements, projects like crazy, and lasts all day. 10/10 fragrance I would happily pay double the price for it. Yes it’s not as sophisticated or natural smelling as Aventus but the smokiness that makes it unique is there.

Shingooo

If you are like me and you have lurked around in the reviews and videos, wondering if you should buy it, let me be very clear: skip the description, blind buy it and don't look back, absolutely worth it for the price.

The opening is lime peel, a bit synthetic yes, but very far from smelling bad as i've seen some people suggesting, if you smell it instantly it might be a bit blunt, but give it a minute and it will be already an pleasant lime smokey scent.

After around 30 minutes the it smells like pineapple, smoke, with hints of leather and black pepper, just a tad floral of sweetness, don't worry, not a turn off even if you don't like sweet scents like myself. At the dry down it feels super masculine, maybe if that's not what your vibe in general you should leave it to use at date nights or special occasions.

After 2 hours the pineapple fades, it's there, but not so upfront, the others notes mentioned skip ahead, but still very pleasant to me at least.

It projects A LOT. Be careful with the sprays

adJayScent

Master perfumer Richard Herpins explained in an interview that Armaf went with the cheaper synthetic chemicals which he himself is familiar with and that it was done to compensate for CDNIM’s longevity and sillage over Creed Aventus which was successful. He also explained that these chemicals mixed with citrus notes will make it dominate, hence the synthetic citrus burst in the opening. In addition, he thinks that Armaf ultimately released CDNIM having high hopes that the high citrus concentration in the dry down would compensate for the lack of fruity pineapple but ultimately failed in that department.

However my thoughts on CDNIM EDT. There’s no layering, mix, other concentration or out of the box thinking that will ever get the last 20% of the 80% to make this an exact clone of Aventus. You may somehow get to 90% if your lucky. But for now, just best to put up with the citrus note and let it dry down to be the closest Aventus clone yet.

Many people have also mentioned L’Aventure as the first/second best alternative as it’s more balanced.

Milestone87

Everybody hates the opening. For me i love the opening but i hate the drydown, tooooo smokey!!!!

MoreScentsThanDollars

I've been layering this with Armaf Untold and it's awesome 😎

myp

The opening makes me embarrassed to walk around. Strong lemon cleaner type of scent. You're literally going to smell like you sprayed pledge on yourself and called it a day.

If you get past the opening, however, it's when Club De Nuit really shines.

Overall, good value, bad opening, amazing dry down.
