Paradiso Azzurro by Roberto Cavalli is a Floral Aquatic fragrance for women. Paradiso Azzurro was launched in 2016. The nose behind this fragrance is Louise Turner. Top notes are Lavender, Bergamot and Tangerine; middle notes are Watery Notes, Wild Jasmine, Apple, Tuberose, Peach and Rose; base notes are Cypress, Cashmere Wood, Sandalwood, Amberwood and Vanilla.

Roberto Cavalli launched Paradiso perfume in February 2015 as a carefree, vacation floral. A year later, the new version Paradiso Azzurro launches. The new edition is inspired by the images of golden light of sunrise over the azure waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

The new marine composition of floral - aromatic character is created by the perfumer Louise Turner. Citrus freshness and bitterness of bergamot blend with aromatic lavender in the top. The sensual heart of wild jasmine and its tender petals is laid on the base of cypress and cashmere.

The face of the campaign is Edita Vilkeviciute. The diamond – shaped bottle designed by Eva Maria Duringer is turquoise blue. The fragrance is available as 30, 50 and 75 ml Eau de Parfum with body lotion and shower gel of 150 ml.

Incredible longevity and performance for the price! Can still smell it on clothes the next day.

MyScentBubble

I'm not one to put perfumes with faces or personalities but I can imagine a blonde fit girl in tight short cycling shorts with tanned skin going for a run on a hot summers day wearing this lol

@Sillykn To back up your review. Claim about reformulation could be true, becasuse Coty was in hurry to get rid of remaining of bottles and fragrances they had because brand license is transferred from Coty to Inter Parfums and this was last limited release from Coty alongside Roberto Cavalli Uomo Parfum which comes in same bottle. From 2024 its expected that Inter Parfum release new fragrances under Roberto Cavalli brand. I am not sure if old ones are going to be reformulated or discontinued.

Sillykn

Smells like a more juicy and aquatic version of the original Paradiso to me. It has good longevity and sillage but it's not as strong of a preformer as the OG. I love the complexity the added fruity and watery notes give it. it reminds me of a Mediterranean vacation like a classy beach holiday.

Other people don't seem to be able to smell a difference between the two perfumes on me so if you own one buying the other isn't necessary unless you absolutely love the scent/can afford it. Where I live this one cost about 2x as much as the original for some reason and is a lot less easy to get a hold off. That coupled with the fact that the original seems to have better performance I would recommend picking up that one if you're on the fence.

I think if you want some summer fragrances that aren't too floral, citrus or fruity, both Azzuro and Robverto Cavalli Paradise Found, could be awesome options for you :) I have this in my shopping cart online and was about to purchase it to use in summer on really hot humid days when I want a change from D&C Light Blue... Thankfully I've tested it one more time before checking out and I've saved myself the money. I'm wearing 5 sprays of Azzuro right now which I sprayed about 45 minutes ago. Azzuro is missing citrus or something sweet and fruity or floral for me, it's clean and watery, but doesn't really shine anywhere if that makes sense. Based on the notes I thought azzuro would be like the OG but watery/aquatic with more depth, but it's not. I love the sweetness of Assoluto and I love the fresh Jasmine of the OG so I'm going to stick to those 2 instead of Azzuro. 100% Unisex too.

I got a 75ml bottle on a deal and it's really heavy! Roberto Cavalli likes to always ride that line between couture & tacky. That's me to a T. This is a very strong fresh aquatic scent for someone with that type of personality so I'm very happy. It reminds me of the "sporty" scents I wore in high school but for grown ups.

This isn't for everyone, and unless you know how Roberto Cavalli roll, you shouldn't rely on the notes. My experience is their scents are very "on brand" with their fashion. They are very Roma Italiano, not Milano Italiano. That means loud, friendly, colourful, less chic, but loads of style.

This is more unisex than the votes show. Great musky aquatic citrus!

SheRays

Although it goes a bit foul on my skin like some aqua fragrances tend to, I'm definitely keeping this to add to my collection. RC sure knows how to do flankers (with the exception of the original which I could not tolerate)...The only collection of flankers where I actually smell similarity:) Azzurro pleasantly surprised me after about an hour into the dry down- such a nice, warm, sweet, yet cool fragrance! The spice is there but not overpowering.... In love with these bottles🌹

HannahRosesAreRed

I can't believe I slept on this for so long. Roberto Cavalli created the mother of all summer aquatic scents–and this is just a flanker! Yes, be tempted by that beautiful, deep aquamarine gemstone of a bottle, with its ombre marine effect and sparkling crystal topper–this is one of the safest and best blind buys I've ever purchased, and the scent matches the bottle nicely. It's crisp without being screechy, clean without being soapy or sterile, aquatic without being watered down, and herbaceous without going into chypre territory.

Paradiso Azurro is strongly aromatic–aquatic, piney, green, with a hint of citrus and fruit freshness just under the surface. The floral notes add some softness and sweetness, but they fade into the background pretty quickly. Even the vanilla is a bit player–which is pretty refreshing, as this can be a dominating and cloying accord. The water, citrus and conifer notes are the strongest, with the lavender being a support player, adding in that slight hint of "just laundered" cleanliness.

I grew up on the seaside where pines and conifers of all kinds grow, so I'd say Paradiso Azzuro captures that summery, authentic oceanside vibe nicely. I'd compare it to a lighter and sweeter Maison Margiela Replica When the Rain Stops, or a deeper, less screechy Dolce Gabbana Light Blue but with 100x better longevity. There's also a hint of Mac Turquatic in there, but with stronger, deeper aromatic notes.

MaraCorina

Aquatic, woody, citrus freshie. Perfect for summer, but nothing ground breaking.

Sassafras23

A very pleasant aquatic scent with a decent span of longevity. I felt it the whole day on my skin. Bought it after testing it twice. This is my second aquatic fragrance. So you can see I’m woefully under-qualified, but it’s a democratic forum, open to all and sundry. Take people as they come. My impressions coincide with those who left positive reviews.

silverfish

Sorry to say, but after drydown, this edp smells like toilet-flusher balls, at least on my skin. Fortunately, not at all long-lasting, either.

todyeforscents

Paradiso Azzuro is what started my serious love for fragrances.

Starts out as woody, fresh spicy, aquatic floral with a drop of citrus; at first, it smells a bit more on the masculine side. After two hours, it dries down to what I can describe as a lightly sweet woody floral that's fresh and comforting (must be the lavender). Also , the fresh spice is gone, and it's replaced by a nuanced sweetness of citrus. It's really well-blended, in my opinion. No specific note outshines the others, but instead, they all work together to create a beautiful fragrance! The best thing about this is that it smells even better when my skin warms it up and I sweat. This is my gym scent. It lasts about 6-8 hours without turning into a "skin scent" - it pretty much stays noticeable the whole time. Because of this, I think it's a freshie that can be worn during winter. Still, it works best during summer, daytime and nighttime.

I am in love with this perfume. This is the scent that I want my future children to associate with me.

sendiri.87

clothes washing detergent in a bottle, worst blind buy, got 100 ml due to glowing reviews on youtube ...DONOT fall for them

Barbarossa

Non sweet version of OG. The original paradisso had some sweet notes (barely there I suppose from the jasmine in middle notes) and in this none. This has more woody feeling to it. Probably if I hadn’t the original I would be impressed cause overall it’s good.
Unisex fragrance, I can see guys pulling this off.
If you have the original don’t waste your money:)

KASSY2GLAM

Ok so this isn't a bad perfume. It's just not the best. On first spray you get this sharpness mixed with sweet aquatic smell. The dry down is a lot smoother, but it pretty much remains an aquatic fragrance. It's definitely a hot summer day perfume. I am just not in love with it. I think Roberto Cavalli Aqua is a much better option than this one.

lovealwaysalisa

Gorgeous bottle and presentation. Beautiful floral aquatic fragrance. The tuberose smells more like a creamy gardenia (which I love) and it's overall very bright, fresh, sophisticated and well blended. I love it. The performance on me is also great. Lasts at least 6 hrs.

yeesa_

I find this has a very similar DNA to gemma di Paradiso but a slightly more aquatic. Its sweet and has great longevity and sillage on me. Perfect for a summer night out

Hannehoney

First I have to say I love the bottle :) It opens on me fresh but also a bit sweet, clean, a little masculine. It gives me ocean vibes a lot, I love it! This will be perfect for summer, makes me think of days by the pool by a expensive hotel or a city by the ocean :) The drydown is so soft and well blended. Its sexy ;) Lasts about 6 hours on me. Im really happy with my blindbuy :) Will absolutely buy a backup bottle.

Fashionplatefanny

Smells very strong and artificial. It reminds me of a typical chemical loaded laundry detergent. So sick of these disappointing blind buys!!

DS9Dax

Fresh pretty, feminine leaning. Projects well and lasts. This is great day summer holiday scent. I mostly get the tangerine/lavender then to watery jasmine. Green woods anchors to the skin.

MonicaCloud

Great for everyday wear, especially in hot weather. I usually prefer to wear perfumes that do not turn heads too much when it comes to daily use. Something intimate and delicate; simple and joyful. I detect the aquatic notes, jasmine, and bergamot the most before the dry-down. Jasmine and sandalwood are the clearest notes after. Very fresh and light. Modern and feminine, but fresh enough to pass as a unisex scent.

AlexaScent

One of my favorite perfumes! Beautiful, strong scent, expensive smelling with expensive looking bottle at affordable price! It gives me the feeling of a vacation at a luxury resort at some ocean destination.
It's not for everyone though. It's definitely masculine, there is almost no sweetness or distinctive floral notes. If you are into girly fruity florals you will probably not like this.
Longevity - about 8 hours on me.

mirisfrik

Nothing too exciting with this one. I expected Sea in the bottle, but got something like hair spray. Very simmilar to see by Chloe, rosabotanica or Zara peach & blooming rose. Nice, but lavandel is almost not present at all. As well as Watery notes. Nothing mediterranian in here

LemonLane

Ok so this is my third Cavalli. Going to chalk it up to the YouTube hype. So far all of them are around a 6/10 for me. They all so far have smelled cheap. Gemma was gross and sweet and a syrupy mess. Paradiso original was just eh and this one is mediocre. It’s clean and inoffensive but not memorable. Grab a bottle of ocean di gioia instead.

Edit: dry down this is just straight febreeze.

Phoenixpink80

This is my 4th Roberto Cavalli fragrance. It was a blind buy based on the notes list and it didn't disappoint!
It's very fresh and citrussy, but the rose and lavender are quite strong in this too (which I love!)

Domenica23

Got this by chance, had to order it, the ingredients, the beautiful bottle, the name, it was so interesting that I tried and was surprised positively. It is my little good luck perfume, seldom used, but always looking at me, standing on a shelf to give me luck. Reminding summer days in the warm sun in Italy or France, reminding good friendships, good times. It`s definitively one of my favs although I own a wide range of EdPs. I don`t know what Cavalli put in there but he`s gifted.

Jasmine's Mum

One of my Favourite perfumes! I found it on sale, loved it so much I ended up buying 4 extra bottles! (75ml bottles for $42 AUS….I’ve already nearly used one bottle in 3 weeks….i overspray but don’t care because I love this perfume so much haha!)

This reminds me of Cool Water for women, but way more expensive smelling if that makes sense. The bottle and lid are especially stunning. Looks like a crystal chandelier the way they sparkle.
Nice heavy bottle you would be proud to display. The scent is very aquatic and super strong. Reminds me of the ocean 🌊 I LOVE IT 😍❤️

Itgirl94

One of the best perfumes I have in my collection. It's fresh, aquatic, clean, soapy smelling perfect blend. I definitely find resemblance to YSL Libre, not a dupe I think. But maybe its the strong lavender note in both that I seem to be focusing on. I love wearing this casually and to the gym, perfect for the summer. Even though it's soapy and fresh this one is not boring at all. It smells like there's a lot going on and it's just absolutely beautiful and lasts forever.

Flamma

Hello ladies 👋🏻
How would you like this on a man?

ScarletFBL

Fruity without being tart (I'm not fond of tartness in fragrances), aquatic, with a soft woodiness with can come across as almost lactonic. Absolutely adore this. 10/10.

IMadeleine

Love, love, love for hot summer days. Such a refreshing scent with island tropical vibes. I smell a strong bergamot and that s all. It is very well blended. Highly recommend

Liliana Ângelo

I do get cypress a lot but it's so well done and it's so well blended that I do like it! Fresh sexy for the summer days.

I get that feeling that I'm arriving at some vacation destination or as I go around the hotels/complex gardens, some greens and some flowres peaking but the aquatic notes of the sea nearby!

I like it a lot! I didn't think I did at first sniff (I think I cannot trust my nose at first tries) but after some minutes in the paper, I starting to get some good scents, and now is a solid love for me!

carrico1986

How disappointing. I was super excited to try this perfume, but it is so weak. At least on my skin it is. I spray it on and an hour later I can barely smell it. It is also very similar to the original paradisso with just a slight hint of aquatic notes. I would have liked it better if it had a stronger sillage and didn't just vanish after an hour. Still going to try the assoluto. I'm hoping it has the same sillage power as Gemma!

CdeBXL

Not an aquatic fragrance fan, but I am of PA!

Imo it is the combo of greens (florals and fruits), that sets the wafty-breezy marine notes off enough to be richer than the regular ephemeral aquatics that are for me too fleating (Cool Water, D&G Light Blue, ...), with the cypress and lavender peeking around the corner just enough to give it a Mediterranean flair.

And kudos to the coloured ombré bottle. As its flankers in a gorgeous cut glass chunky octagon, snake wrapped neck, and multifaceted stopper.

Like!

Bryannaallure

A nice summery scent, generic. Smells fresh like freshly washed laundry with a hint of floral notes. It’s a Cheapy so worth the price for an everyday summer scent.

Fierce Swan Scent

The bottle is beautiful - a hot turquoise heavy jewel topped with a round faceted glass stopper that catches the light. But my hopes were quickly dashed. The apple, peach and vanilla are high enough to ruin it. The scent belies the blue of the bottle, it should be bright pink. Sweet, harsh and unbalanced. The tangerine and lavender are safely buried, and won't trouble anyone with their classic associations. The jasmine, bergamot and cypress have done a runner, or were never there in the first place. Maybe it was a lie. Once again a perfumer adds generic lashings of sweet fruit and vanilla to an otherwise promising formula. Honestly, Bottega Veneta Knot pulled off this trick far better. I'd like to give this another chance when the weather is warmer but I've just hit the base notes and the noseache is phenomenal. I'll display the bottle though. (What a tart).

Mirella86

This smells identical to Oriflame - Amazing Paradise, which was launched in the same year, so I'm assuming Oriflame did not copy Cavalli. I previously found that D&G Imperatrice was identicaly copied by Oriflame in a perfume called Northern Beauty. This being said, I love this one and the Oriflame one just as much, fruity cocktail on a hot summer day, which happens to be also pretty long lasting, despite the freshy vibe. Usually, these type of fragrances don't last long, but I'm assuming the sweetness from vanilla is the one giving it longevity. Anyway, nice choice for the summer for the younger crowd

hfigures

I like it. It's an aquatic so the opening is odd. The watery notes stop me from loving it. On me it takes about an hour for the watery notes to give up dominance and allow the other fresh, floral and sweeter notes to come through. I can't say I will reach for this often. It's a cold fragrance which is best suited for spring and early summer. I'll try it again in the spring.

BriannaCarr

Love this fragrance! It lasts on the skin for ages, even after a shower I can sometimes still smell it. Very strong scent which I think is best for night time.

louise_gylsen

A mistake influenced by the positive reviews. It smells like a washing liquid for clothes thanks to the lavender, which is the main culprit in ruining this combination. It gets better after 2-3 hours on the skin, once the lavender evaporates and the jasmine comes forth. I don't hate lavender but it's the wrong place for it here, as it makes it smell ordinary, daily generic and casual exactly like fresh washing. It shouts from the rooftops 'fresh washing for the ordinary people'.

AlexandraTroush

I would like to add that I have been getting a crazy amount of compliments on this. I don't know what it is about this one but people absolutely love it. I haven't received this many compliments in a very long time, and I don't even know how to react because it's far from being my favorite. I mean it's pleasant enough, but I wouldn't repurchase.

arrowdk

Very pleasant, sweeter and fruity version of the original fragrance. Probably does not last as long but feels great on a hot summer day. Less masculine than the original one. I tend to identify crisp fragrances as fitting for hot weather, although there is something about the sweet and fruity notes here that seem to hit the spot even better.
Not a must have, but I am very happy I got it.

AlexandraTroush

This is the perfect fruity for me. I don't like fruity too much, but this hits the right spot, being at the same time fresh, slightly sweet and just a tiny bit tart.

It's really nice for the summer, but I wouldn't say it's classy or very elegant. It's pleasant enough to wear as a fleeting day scent, but not intriguing enough for a special event or anything like that. Just a casual summer fruity-freshie.

Jacquis

I've collected all 4 in the Paradiso lineup. They are very enjoyable to wear. Of the 4, I've found Azzuro and the OG Paradiso to be the most similar and unique. The cypress pine and Jasmin stands out in both but Azzuro has an ocean/marine character to it. It is especially refreshing in the summer. I do not sense the lavender (thank God) and the overall feeling is dry, elegant and clean.

In terms of uniqueness, I would rate Azzuro first, followed by the original Paradiso then Assoluto and finally Gemma. A worthy collection and all easy to wear.

Domenica23

My first one of Roberto Cavalli. This fragrance is really great, just what I need to feel better altogether, it reminds me of beach days when oil, water and sun mix together on the skin and there is an atmosphere of vacation and inspiration and summer since winter and fall are always back much to quickly. Something relaxing and energising at the same time. Could not have found anything better. And the bottle is also beautiful.

Dabarefootbombshell

This reminds me of a more luxurious version of Britney Spears Curious. I have Curious as well and they are definitely cousin scents. I prefer Paradiso Azzurro because it has a brighter tone. Most likely coming from the lime and green apple. This scent is more of an aromatic than a true aquatic which is great since I tend to get board of super blue aquatics pretty easily.

gmr1967

A fresh, cheerful, citrus and flowery scent. I do not perceive particular single notes but a delicious mix that puts a good mood. Spectacular and opulent pack, this faceted bottle of an intense blue color. Yes, I can say that by wearing this fragrance I feel transported to an island. Flowers, fruit, sun, sea .... Summer notes that leave their mark. Good smell!

Polinka

Hmm what can I say about this, it seems that it is exactly the same with RC Paradiso, but only that it has this synthetic aquatic note which I am not fan of. But after a while this note comes and goes so should not be a problem. Still I would opt for the original RC Paradiso.

panda-inc

I received this along with the red bottle, which I love and I must say, this is a refreshing perfume. You can smell the apple and other floral notes but not as strong as its red counterpart. This blue bottle to me is more of a spring-summer fragrance while the red one is slightly on the heavier side. Very inoffensive and skin-scent within two hours. For the cheap price, I do not mind spraying it again and again.

Loredana0108

The fragrance features aromatic, aquatic and fruity-floral accords; it's about salty ocean water and even more so, about the scent of equatorial rain followed by a lot of sunshine. I smell apple pretty similar to the one found in DKNY 's Be Delicious, but less in-your-face. Apple mixed with melon, though melon isn't listed in its pyramid. Makes me think of L'imperatrice but with melon instead of watermelon and I also get a Gucci Bloom vibe ( probably the white floral aspect) .Still, Paradiso Azzuro is not a fruity floral fragrance , but a story about ocean, sand, rain and vegetation. And I must say that the cypress- lavender combo is so refreshing. A surprisingly complex perfume for summer. A keeper in my collection

missk

Before diving head-first into this review, I should note that I'm not a fan of aquatic fragrances. I can count on one hand the number of aquatic scents I would even consider spraying on my skin. As I live in a relatively cold climate for most of the year and don't spend much time outdoors, crisp, watery fragrances are not usually on my radar.

I tested Paradiso Azzurro out of sheer curiosity. I enjoy Roberto Cavalli as a perfume house and was keen to smell their aquatic addition.

The bottle colour is a good indicator of how this fragrance smells. Paradiso Azzurro is the scent of the Aegean Sea and the Santorini shoreline. Blue skies, crystal clear water and warm skin.

The opening has that all too familiar aquatic opening; fruity top notes blended with a synthetic salt-water accord. For the first hour or so, Paradiso Azzurro smelt like so many other inexpensive aquatics on the market. I found the first few hours predictable and sharp. The drydown is however far more interesting.

The heart and base notes introduce a smooth sandalwood and cypress blend, with a subtle hint of herbal lavender. Although these notes provide a masculine twist, I find the drydown far more palatable than the opening on my skin.

The longevity was excellent, as most Roberto Cavalli scents are. Paradiso Azzurro clings to clothing like glue and lasts approximately eight hours on the skin. If beachy, aquatic fragrances with a hint of woods is your idea of the perfect scent, Paradiso Azzurro is definitely worth checking out. Don't be put off by the somewhat misleading budget price tag, this brand showcases a fantastic range of scents.

stagemomrdbjmb

This was a blind buy after searching online for recommendations for a new summer scent. The bottle is beautiful on my dressing table, but my fist sampling of the perfume was disappointing. I left it alone for a while. Tried it again the other day. I don’t know what changed, but it is truly lovely! I’ve been wearing it the last two days. It has lasted on me for hours. I’ve received several compliments. I’m having a love affair with this fragrance right now.

raiza1990

Fresh, slightly sweet and sensual. It is a summer fragrance with a "body", if you know what i mean. It is elegant and pleasant. I still prefer Paradiso Assoluto, but this is also very nice. Safe blind buy, moderate longevity, soft sillage.
It would not be my first choice for a summer fragrance, but if i got it as a gift, i would wear it without problems.
Worth trying if you want a classy scent for summer that doesn't smell like soap.
Final note: 6/10

idolinam

really nice scent. maybe for summer is too hard, but for spring its the best choise.

shahrzad7

someone said very blue fragrance! very true! at first smells like the old blue lady fragrance! I get citrus and leather somehow! nice but not my taste...

CosmicSailor

Gorgeous bottle and an equally gorgeous fragrance!
Fresh-spicy and ideal for summer use.
Similar to the original Paradiso, but perhaps a little sweeter.Love it!

justfloral

It is a very "blue" scent, overriped fruits (apples, tropical fruits - maybe guava, papaya, coconut, brown banana?) + almost paint thinner fruity note (ok maybe I'm sick - I love it) (crushed cypress needles?). This is what Laguna of Salvador dali should scent like. Very tropical.
Color : Blue, turquoise
Music: techno! - Laurent Garnier - Breathless

hails_blogger

I quite like this perfume. Can we take a moment to appreciate the bottle! It is so beautiful with the gorgeous blue hue. Out of all of the Paradiso fragrance line, this bottle to me truely stands out. Now onto the fragrance, It's got a cool aquatic vibe to it perfect for Australian hot summer days but without being too aquatic, has hints of floral from the jasmine, lavender and rose. I agree with another reviewer, It does tend to lean toward being unisex but still remains feminine.
It's longevity is probably 3 hrs on skin but on clothes I can smell it after 9 hours.

AnitaHendricks

I didn't expect this perfume to work on me since I didn't like Paradiso. I have to say I'm amazed! The fresh, slightly sweet citrus notes create a beautiful opening. The cypress and lavender notes remind me of a park in a pittoresk mediterranian village. There's a fountain with watery notes while the fruit trees and other florals sway in the distance. What a beautiful summer breeze. It's very well balanced! This could be a unisex scent too. It's fresh but not too feminine or manly.

Winter Sweet

I was so eager to test this fragrance because of the attractive and promising notes. Don't let the notes deceive you. This perfume is nothing but a BIG lie.

cosmina00

Nothing special, nothing out of the ordinary. I can not smell the lavander notes that everyone is talking about. It is a summer, crisp perfume, but nothing that would wow me. Plain white flowers in a nice bottle. Just bought this one cause my bf liked it. Will not repurchase...

PastelMoon

Notes of both Paradiso and Paradiso Azzurro seem absolutely great for me. In theory they are my perfect fragrances.

Unfortunately they simply do not seem to be well executed.

Azzurro has a nice base to work with but it develops way too sweet than it should.

It has both masculine and sugary touch that I do not appreciate at all. I cannot feel much of the cooling soothing lavender - fruits make it sweaty and there is an overdose of cheap musk in all stages of this fragrance.

Overall, like the original Paradiso, it smells like a convenience store room freshener rather than an Italian designer perfume, very unfortunate.

Simply put, I do not understand these scents at all, despite their beautiful supposed notes.

iamoir

Oh wow, either our noses are totally different or the perfume is acting very differently on individuals. The drydown for me is full on jasmine-cypress which is a beautiful combination, ideal in a summery vacation type scent if you are having trouble with fruity perfumes.

Should be marketed as unisex. Men can easily pull it off.A developing perfume. Starts generically fruity and maybe rottenish, turns salty, aquatic, marine fast. Very aromatic. Feels cold, maybe because of the cypress. Also it is spicy; lavender.

Wait for the aquatic, salty and fruity facets to tame and then it's all intoxicating jasmine. Layers beautifully with Paradiso Assoluto, which in my opinion surpasses even the original.

A yes from me

tahia_loky

Huele a mango con toques verdes !! Rico fresco y ideal para el verano.

nausikaa

I sprayed this on today at the store and I've been smelling it over time and in my opinion it resembles the Michael Kors perfume a lot. I mean the one in the chunky box shaped bottle that just says Michael Kors on the front. I'm surprised because it doesn't seem to have a lot of notes in common.

Nikkafragrance

Very well done! Much more better than the original, which hurts my nose. Paradiso Azzurro smells like vacation. It starts with lavender, but within an hour it turns into a beautiful aromatic scent. Cypress and cashmere wood are evident, along with some tender jasmine. Sillage is moderate, which makes the fragrance perfect for summer. Makes me dream of sipping martinis on the beach by sunset.

bronstein

Roberto Cavalli's fragrances don't shout out too loud, but rather stay quiet in the background. With decent quality, some might say, while others may claim they are boring. Concerning this one, it's pleasant and makes a decent and unintrusive summer scent. Any why not?

ankaa

Gorgeous bottle and very summery fragrance. Fresh, optimistic and mediterranean in a nice way. I don't even miss a fig leaf which I find indispensable in this kind of fragrance. On my skin it's jasmine/cypress/aquatic sweet (coconut??) sunny combination.

Well - I don't go to mediterranean area this holiday - at least I have a replacement.

Frayja

I can SWEAR is a coconut note in there,in large doses !

(Similar to Paradiso, more beach-ey and...sweet some how?)

FabulouslyLazy

I dreamed of receiving this perfume as a gift! It was an explosion of blue. I haven't tested it yet and I have no idea of how it smells. I guess I must ask for the interpretation of this dream.

kl99

I prefer the original.
This is not so similar I say.
Sure many readers find this a masculin frag. This is Good Life by Davidoff in the drydown.
Nice but This smell to laundry for me. Smell like an irony shirt for man... And not mentioned melon.

auroramaria

This fragrance does have a unisex vibe on me it is mainly woody and a bit aromatic i would use it. in spring and summer just because it is so light I find it elegant but not outstanding

fragrantlove

This is a lovely scent, but so masculine... Once you get past the top notes, it smells very much like a lovely male fragrance. It smelled so much like a guy it seduced me! Maybe I'll wear it when I don't care who else is smelling me...!

It's all about cypress! Very Mediterranean scent and also quite male... I really like it, but I don't think I could use it because it's not feminine enough for me.
Summer for men in a bottle.

From the land of 45c+ it is so nice to find a different sort of clean and fresh other than the usual suspects of citrus and aquatic. For me the cypress and lavender dominate .It is a borderline unisex fragrance but still leans towards feminine .It lasts and lasts .I had the original card sample in the lounge and the room still smelled of it the next morning from my bedroom . I woke up thinking what is this gorgeous smell . I am very happy with this buy .I can see this becoming a new summer staple .
And the bottle is so intensely blue love it .

FRESH AQUATIC APPLES
_______________________________________________________

I had the opportunity yesterday to try 'PARADISO AZZURRO'. All I could sense were a lot of apples, fresh aquatic apples. It was amazingly fresh, but nothing more. Since it didn't last too much, I would place it in the category with CK ONE SUMMER 2015.

Longetivity: - 2/10
Sillage: - 2/10

All in all: 2 out of 10 points

Nothing fruity about it. And neither aquatic.

For all the jasmine lovers , def a safe blind buy.
For all the Jasmine lovers that can't stand the 'usual' jasmine bombs but would like to smell like Jasmine , try it first .

This isn't an aquatic or soapy Jasmine .
This is a fresh, clean Jasmine . A Cresh Jasmine .

A fresh Jasmine grenade :):):)

very gorgeous bottle with an outstanding color. It just makes you try it. But once you try it, you find out that you might have tried other perfumes. Not that it smells bad. To me it is like a mixture of paradiso and acqua and the bottle is also a mixture of these two bottles!
marine, salty, aquatic, but I hesitate if paradise smells like this and I agree Escada make better aquatic, fruity, paradise scents, even though they are not even similar.
If you haven't tried the last releases, you may consider this one, rather else you may skip it.

Lavanda e gelsomino spiccano in modo molto intenso! La bottiglia è fantastica ma il profumo non è per me..

Today, considering nasty, rainy and cold weather, I find this one quite fresh and summary. I think it's woody and white floral, a little bit green-smelling as well.
It's a bit masculine for my taste, but not too bad.
When talking about paradise, I think Escada gets the idea of paradise better.
Not my favorite, but good, nice, likable scent!
