Also contact your bank if you have things in their warehouse, or if your parcel was seized and you didnt get insurance.

The best customer service if you just tip the agent 0.70 cents or something. dont ask me why but if you just tip the agent the smallest package you will do anything to save ur haul. and dont listen to the karens saying "i got scammed for 1000 bucks" they just dont know how to use it last month i bought a 32 kg haul and EVERYTHING was perfect. just use the right spreadsheets and do a little bit of experimentation before ordoring a big haul. and always look at the QC photos, they can legit save ur butt.

We have 10 orders which are sitting in their warehouse and They don’t ship it because their system and email response says that they have lega problems due to the serivce aspect!

In Additional, we have 2 more parcels which return back to them in China!!!

They didn’t refund money to us or even didn’t tell us what happen to our parvels status

We also waiting for over 3-4 weeks now ! We are not only lost these money ! We will be Lise more money When we don’t have the products arrive in our countries!!!!!

getting alot of hauls lately, dont listen to people who complain about the shipping cost. Obviously its expensive to ship things from China to the rest of the world. Inform yourself first before buying and check Quality on bought products before shipping.

I have been waiting nearly 4 months for a package. I’ve been waiting over a month for insurance and when I contact customer support they just say I need to be patient.

Pandabuy is a great site if you actually take the time to learn how it functions. All the negative reviews are from customers not understanding that Pandabuy is an agent that connects you with individual manufactures and therefore of course you have to pay shipping it’s not going to be free. Please do research and watch YouTube videos before arrogantly using the app and then blindly accusing it as a scam. I’ve had many huals and have never been disappointed with quick customer support and effective help definitely recommend.

The shadiest worst company ever. Of all agents I had this has been the worst experience. I lost so much money because of their lies. They delayed my package for weeks. Didn't let me know about anything and canceled randomly after a week of no contact. They are biggest scammers ever. They will also put so much bubble wrap and their plastic envelopes you will be paying double shipping than your things actually weight that's how they scam you out of money. And they have biggest shipping fees from everyone.

awful scammers, ordered keyfobs, now i cant ship as they are magnets, they are not and i have shipped with pandabuy before, the agent just keeps repeating the same words without checking, in fact i feel they do not want to help. useless and cost me alot of money, stay away from this bad customer service. Vernita i dealt with and its a classic case of such poor service you wonder how this company is in business. i will now use another agent for future, lost my business and i've also gone public on many forums and so many people are saying the same. pandabye

All the negative reviews are from people not understanding or taking time to learn and research Pandabuy. I’ve had 4 hauls and all have been great. Customer service is good , quick and you can return items or request more pictures before shipping.

The people writing negative reviews have no idea how it works. They fail to realise that pandabuy is an agent and do not make or sell any of the products directly. You have to buy the items from chinese exclusive websites through them and then they ship it out to you. I have ordered two parcels and both came in around 12 days. Watch a youtube video on how to use, I recommend the video made by an account known as 'Jei'.

My nephew ordered some items and just like many other people described, parcel went straight back and they don't want to give the money back. The parcel came all the way to the destination city and went back wihout attempt of delivery. First they said the address wasn't right ( that would mean they missed something in the address on purpose so it's not delivered). Then they said it was duty custum issue. They are stealing peoples money and all the good reviews look like somone paid them to write something positive because otherwise the score would be one big red star. They are breaking consumers rights. They take money and keep the items. They probably send empty parcels and make sure they are not delivered or resell the same items but keep the money. Something should be done about this. Do not buy on panda buy.

Fu*king terrible, I hate this company, I ordered 200 euro worth of stuff, declared my parcel correctly, and my parcel was in transit for 80 days, with 20 day long gaps in updates. Pandabuy claimed the shipping was via plane but it was clearly through ship and the scamming bast*rds charged me the air price to earn more money. To make things worse my parcel never arrived. And now they won’t accept my insurance claims.

Used Pandabuy for half a year now. The people that have left the bad reviews clearly haven’t done their research nor know what Pandabuy is or how to use it. If you have a problem with the product you’ve received, thats not pandabuy’s problem, thats the seller you bought it froms problem. Pandabuy is simply a middleman to buy from the chinese market AKA chinese sellers. If you haven’t received your parcel, then you’ve done something wrong. Used the wrong carrier for your country, or declared your parcel wrongly. Always ship your stuff with insurance and pandabuy will compensate you for loss/damage or seizure.

I bought goods worth 400 euros, which they tried for 3 months to send outside of China and they failed.
To my surprise, they would try to send it for the next year, because that's how they make business for themselves.
I was just wasting time and getting annoyed.
You should avoid such dilettantes when buying.

My son ordered and it's a scam. They take your money and they hold the items and when they get items, they charge shipping for an enormous cost which at the end you don't want to pay and can't get reimbusement for the items you bought.
BE AWARE AND CAREFUL, WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS EVER AGAIN.
