I got given a bottle of this for Christmas one year & it’s not a favourite. I use it as a fresh out of the shower or gym fragrance, it’s very soapy & musky, none of the notes really stand out to be honest they are quite overpowered by muskiness to my nose. I can very faintly pick up on the frangipani but only very very slightly upon immediate spray but it dissipates almost instantly. I’m surprised there’s no aldehyde or soap accords listed in this frag as it’s all I’m picking up on.
I think the notes are quite deceiving, it’s very floral very soapy and musky with a little bit of woodiness on dry down. I think you could layer this with a nice floral vanilla to soften it.

This is a sweet and creamy tropical floral. Soft and relaxing. It smells a bit woody and sensual. It’s a more mature summer scent. It’s pleasant and well blended. Smells like a lazy afternoon at a calm beach.

This Molton Brown fragrance is among my favorites. It is light and floral, with hints of jasmine, ylang-ylang, orange blossom and mandarin. It lifts my spirits and invites thoughts of spring flowers and their scent, wafted on a gentle breeze - caressing my face and nose with its gentle fragrance, buoying up all my senses. I am starved for this enticing scent, drinking it up like a bee to honey and wanting more, more, more... The white and yellow flowers dominate here, heady and intriguing, birthing a lust for the floral gems herein, like a diamond in its intensity. This bouquet could only be created in paradise, winging haloed angels to sing in refrain, a crescendo of sartorial, sensual bliss entrancing mere mortals.

I received multiple samples of this for free and I didn’t like it at all. It’s very soapy. Basically smells like a musky citrus. I ended up using the samples as a room spray.

Clover

Reminds me of grape soda or tide antibacterial spray. Also reminds me of Killian LDBS

By chance I wore this at the same time as La Dompteuse Encagée by Serge Lutens.
This wins by a million miles, for a similar category of scent (they don’t smell the same but are the same genre).
A lovely blend of white and yellow florals, with nothing really overpowering anything else (at least not after the jasmine dies down after the first 20mins), and the Rose just adding the faintest sweet freshness.
Then a gorgeous base of warm vanilla and slight wood gets better with time.
Wish I’d bought a bigger bottle. A hidden gem for a bright summery floral.

Really beautiful smell - mandarin quite zesty on first spray and then orange flower coming in strong int the dry down. Isn't overpowering at all and lasts quite well. Beautiful bottle swell - this was a blind buy but I really like it. Will be a nice everyday scent for summer and winter seasons I think.

What an odd scent. Smells heavy with the flowers like old clay or crayons. It has a harsh "stingy" caracter too. I guess it is the combo of Ylang-ylang,Orange flowers, Frangipani.and Rose..
Think it works best in colder months like late fall, winter and early spring.

One of the prettiest scents I've tried in years!
It's not reinventing the wheel, what you see with the notes is what you get, but it's beautifully blended and harmonious.
An absolute no-brainer for the summer, I must have a bottle.
