Cuba VIP for Men Cuba Paris for women

A nice masculine, fruity, woody, casual, inviting fragrance that was well blended. Nothing really groundbreaking about this. This is not a panty dropper, a crowd pleaser, or an attention grabber. But you can still smell nice without being offensive or without really being noticed. This fragrance have that gentleman aura to it. This doesn't smell juvenile, macho manish, or unisex. I feel this could be worn all year besides summer. I think this would be a bit overwhelming & overbearing to wear in humidity.

The longevity is okay. But I usually layer my cologne with essential oils that are inspired by the fragrance itself to get the performance that I truly desire without having to keep overspraying myself.

3)Running a few errands.
4)Hanging with the fellas.
5)Outdoor activities.
6)Dressing casual.
7)Family gatherings.
8)Spring, fall, winter.
9)Damped rainy days.

I would necessarily reach for this for.

2)Clubbing/Partying atmosphere.
3)Dressing sophisticated.
4)Attending a formal event.

8)Hot outside (This is more appropriate for warm weather)

Absolutely gorgeous. Opens up with vodka fresh spicy and what I perceive to be Juniper. Greens can be strong but after it dries down goes to a woody warm green path. The sillage and Longevity is what you pay for but I find 13 -14 sprays can get it working. 7/10 on the total scale but 10/10 for the price.

smells like vanilla icecream cookie. it's quite similar as Carolina Herrera 212 VIP Men. it's really good for daily use!

Cuba Paris Cuba VIP is a stripped down Carolina Herrera 212 VIP Men. It noticably does not have the passion fruit open. Instead, we get pepper and minty open with some lemon in place of lime. The mid is vodka heavy with some apple and ginger. I want to say that there is a slight gin to it too. The base is amber, tonka and some woods (listed as ducke.)

Cuba VIP doesn't perform all that bad. That said unless you are talking other direct 212 VIP clones such as 747 Club, you really do not find many 212 VIP clones. The closest is the Zara Tobacco Collection Dark Intense Exclusive or Trump Empire, which both do not have the boozy aspects. I get about 5 hours tops from VIP with OK sillage. That said, that is not typical of Cuba Paris fragrances. Cuba has good performance from Cuba Royal in particular.

Cuba works in winter, spring, fall and even summer. It tries to be a night fragrance but doesn't perform. This will work casually and dates. That said despite being a "VIP" fragrance, it will get eaten up in the club.

Cuba VIP I give a 6.5 out of 10. I have smelt much worse, but for what it tries to be, it falls flat.
